Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast. Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed. It's a role that sits close to the business side of the product, where design decisions directly shape revenue. We move fast, but never at the cost of building the wrong thing. We're high-autonomy and team-first — people who take initiative on their own, but still lean on the team, tend to do well here. What you'll do Shape how Eve's AI features get priced and packaged: usage tiers, seat/case limits, credits, premium features. Own growth design end to end: trial-to-pa
About Formation Bio Formation Bio is a tech and AI driven pharma company differentiated by radically more efficient drug development. Advancements in AI and drug discovery are creating more candidate drugs than the industry can progress because of the high cost and time of clinical trials. Recognizing that this development bottleneck may ultimately limit the number of new medicines that can reach patients, Formation Bio, founded in 2016 as TrialSpark Inc., has built technology platforms, processes, and capabilities to accelerate all aspects of drug development and clinical trials. Formation Bio partners, acquires, or in-licenses drugs from pharma companies, research organizations, and biotechs to develop programs past clinical proof of concept and beyond, ultimately helping to bring new medicines to patients. The company is backed by investors across pharma and tech, including a16z, Sequoia, Sanofi, Thrive Capital, John Doerr, Spark Capital, SV Angel Growth, and others. You can read more at the following links: Our Vision for AI in Pharma Our Current Drug Portfolio Our Technology & Platform At Formation Bio, our values are the driving force behind our mission to revolutionize the pharma industry. Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain, from clinical development to clinical care. For Life Sciences partners, we offer the leading at-home EEG platform for clinical development of novel therapeutics for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders. Our Diagnostics business is building the most comprehensive at-home platform for precision diagnostics, combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals to deliver reimbursable assessments for sleep and central nervous system disorders. Together, we're changing the way patients are diagnosed and treated for any disorder that affects brain physiology. Beacon is hiring a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to own our contracting process end to end. Because patient EEG and sleep data is Beacon’s core commercial asset, you will need to be fluent in data rights: ownership, licensing scope, and secondary-use restrictions. You should also have a working knowledge of the HIPAA and GDPR issues that commonly arise in life sciences and health data contracting. Beacon's robust asynchronous work practices ensure a first-class remote work experience, but we also have in-person office hubs located in Boston and New York. What You’ll Do Own the full contract lifecycle for customer and vendor agreements: drafting, negotiation, redlining, and execution from initial term sheet through signature and integration with Beacon systems.
