Technical Support Engineer New York City · Hybrid · Engineering · Two openings Welcome to Glide Glide is the operating system that community banks and credit unions run their business on. Account opening, lending, servicing, retention. Most of these institutions are running on cores designed in the 1980s. We are the modern software layer on top, and increasingly the agentic one. Our platform touches people at the moments that matter most to them financially: opening an account, applying for a loan, getting a decision. We serve institutions across the country, with dozens more integrating. Our team brings engineering, product, and growth experience from Stripe, Google, and Amazon. We are backed by Pear and Acrew. The role We are hiring two Technical Support Engineers to join the small team that owns production quality for the entire platform. This is not a ticket-routing job. Our support engineers own bugs end to end: they take an ambiguous report from a financial institution, drive it to a real root cause across the frontend, backend, and a stack of banking integrations, ship the fix themselves, and prove it works. What makes the job unusual is how it gets done. This team runs AI coding agents as a production system, not as autocomplete. A triage agent proposes a root cause. The engineer decides whether it is right, and steers it when it is not. The agent writes the code, a second agent reviews it, and the engineer reviews, tests, and records the evidence before anything ships. The team built the tooling that makes this possible: internal MCP servers, slash commands for each stage of the workflow, an auto-triage loop feeding the bug board. The result is a very small number of people holding quality for a platform serving a lot of institutions. So we are not hiring for typing speed. Agents are fast and often confidently wrong. We are hiring for the judgment they do not have: recognizing when a plausible answer is the wrong one, knowing what not to change, and being a

About Prodigal Prodigal is the connected AI platform leading financial institutions use to run their operations. We work with banks, lenders, credit unions, and other financial companies that lend money to people and manage those relationships over time. These institutions make millions of high-stakes decisions every day. Who should they reach? When should they reach them? What should they say or offer? When should a case move to a human? How should that change based on the borrower, the account, previous interactions, and the regulations involved? Getting those decisions right requires a deep understanding of the people, processes, rules, and edge cases behind them. Prodigal has spent the last eight years building that understanding. More than a billion interactions between financial institutions and their customers have shaped the intelligence, guardrails, and AI agents we now run in production across North America. Today, our AI agents analyze conversations, capture context, guide human agents, decide the next action, conduct customer conversations, orchestrate outreach, and help people complete payments and resolutions. They are connected, so what is learned in one interaction can inform what happens next. We are expanding this swarm of AI agents across more of the work financial institutions do: originations, document processing, back-office workflows, servicing, and other critical operations where money, identity, people, and regulation intersect. Product Lead Role Details Full-Time. Office Location - New York City, Union Square (in office 4 days per week) Why Translucent Healthcare providers drive $2.5 trillion in medical expenditures annually — and operate on razor-thin 2–5% margins. Despite these stakes, the finance teams behind these organizations are buried in spreadsheets, manual data pulls, and disconnected systems, spending more time finding and cleaning data than actually using it to make decisions. Translucent is changing that. We're building the agentic AI platform designed exclusively for healthcare finance — giving every finance team, department, and service line their own arsenal of AI Agents that run 24/7 and understand their specific data, business logic, and workflows. Founded in 2024 and backed by GV, NEA, FPV, and Virtue, we've already been deployed by healthcare organizations managing over $5 billion in combined revenue. The product-market fit is real, the problem is massive, and we're just getting started. If you want to work at the intersection of AI and one of the most complex, consequential industries in the world — this is the place. Role Overview We're hiring a Product Lead to own one of Translucent's core Product verticals end to end – for example: Hospital & Service Line Performance Revenue Intelligence Supply Chain/ Pharmacy Compliance A vertical at Translucent isn't a feature area. It's an economic problem health systems are willing to pay for to solve, with a portfolio of products underneath it and a set of AI agents doing the work. You own the thesis, the roadmap, the products, the quality bar, and — most of all — whether real operators use it and can point to dollars. You are the single-threaded owner. Main Product approach: pick the right problems, ship fast, drive customer adoption, and prove the value in dollars a CFO or Operator will sign their name to. What You'll Do Own the vertical's thesis and roadmap — which economic problems we solve, which products sit unde

👋 WELCOME TO GLIDE! At Glide we're reimagining the banking experience for the modern world. Our agentic platform empowers legacy financial institutions, like community banks and credit unions, to deploy specialized agents that help the bank grow its deposit and loan portfolio. In just the last year, we've raised $20M and grown revenue 500%, and we're accelerating. We're looking for our first Talent Engineer to help us hire the people who will carry that mission to thousands of banks. As Glide's first Talent Engineer, you will build the recruiting engine that doubles our team to more than 100 people. Think of it as a hybrid of recruiter and engineer: you'll design and run the software, automations, and data pipelines behind how we hire, so that finding and winning great people becomes a system we can scale instead of a manual grind. You'll decide what to build and what to buy. Some of it is a polished tool worth paying for. Plenty of it is a few lines of Python and an API call you wrote yourself. The instinct for which is which, and a bias toward the leaner, more controllable option, is what we're hiring for. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage company and help create a new standard for how a company hires. What You'll Do: Turn our network into our pipeline: Our best hires will come from people our team and investors already know. You'll build the systems that surface those second and third-degree connections at scale across LinkedIn, GitHub, operator communities, and referral graphs, so warm introductions happen on purpose instead of by luck. Automate sourcing and outreach: Stand up and tune the agents and sequences (Juicebox, Clay, Ashby, and whatever you build yourself) that find, enrich, and reach candidates faster and far more personally than any one person could by hand. Put AI on the first read: Design the LLM-assisted screening that filters for fit before a human spends a minute on it. You own the prompts, the scoring logic, and the quality che
