Small Girls PR is looking for an Experiential Services Leader with 10+ years of experience leading the production of multichannel projects across in-person activations and digital experiences. This should include developing a cohesive experiential strategy, managing client relationships, concepting standout experiences that drive social conversation and press coverage, overseeing technical execution across integrated campaigns, managing complex timelines & large budgets, and developing a talented team of producers, ranging from the coordinator to director level. This role is responsible for all elements of experiential, which includes client services, strategy, creative, production, and client management. The right candidate knows how to develop a campaign from ideation through post production, and can project manage in their sleep. They are prepared to dive into the details, knowing that no task is too small in the world of eventsThis role will work with a wide range of creative and innovative brands across beauty & fashion, food & beverage, wellness, consumer tech, and more. This team spotlighted Violife with a cheeky Election Day campaign—activating breakfast stations at polling locations and sending bagel ballot mailers—and reintroduced a Jack in the Box product as a “return from the grave” with a Halloween cemetery screening.
