Appierについて Appier（エイピア）は、AIネイティブのAgentic AI as a Service（AaaS）企業です。 2012年に「AIの民主化」をビジョンに設立され、「Turn AI into ROI（AIをROIに変える）」をミッションとして掲げています。現在はアジア太平洋地域、ヨーロッパ、アメリカを含む17拠点を展開し、東京証券取引所（証券コード：4180）に上場しています。 Appierは、AI Agentを活用し、企業のマーケティングDX・データ活用・顧客体験（CX）の変革を支援する次世代AIプラットフォームを提供しています。 提供ソリューション Appier AI Marketing Agent Platform Appierは、AI Agentを中心としたオールインワンのマーケティングプラットフォームを提供しています。 企業が保有する顧客データをAIが理解・分析し、マーケティング施策の企画から実行、最適化までをAI Agentが支援します。 データ基盤、予測AI、マーケティングオートメーション、マルチチャネルコミュニケーション、生成AIによるクリエイティブ制作までを一つのプラットフォームで提供し、お客様のマーケティングROI最大化を実現します。 AIQUA（アイコア） AI Agentを活用し、Web・アプリ・メール・LINE・Push通知など複数チャネルにおいて、一人ひとりに最適化された顧客体験を自動で実現するマーケティングオートメーションプラットフォームです。 BotBonnie（ボットボニー） LINEをはじめとするSNSやWebチャットを活用し、AI Agentによる顧客コミュニケーションを実現するマルチチャネルマーケティングソリューションです。 AIRIS（アイリス） AI Agentの意思決定を支えるPredictive Customer Data Platform（CDP）です。 顧客データを統合するだけでなく、AIによる予測分析を通じて顧客の将来行動やニーズを予測し、最適なマーケティング施策や顧客体験の実現を支援します。 AdCreative.ai（アドクリエイティブ・エーアイ） 生成AIを活用し、高品質な広告クリエイティブを自動生成・最適化するAIクリエイティブプラットフォームです。 ポジション概要 Customer Success Managerとして、AIQUA・BotBonnie・AIRIS・AdCreative.aiを導入いただいた日本国内の企業を担当し、お客様がプラットフォームから最大の成果を引き出せるよう、導入から定着、そして事業成果の創出までを伴走していただきます。 本ポジションは、問い合わせに対応するサポート業務ではありません。 お客様のマーケティング課題とKPIを深く理解した上で、AI Agentを活用した施策を「一緒に設計し、実行し、数字で振り返る」——お客様のマーケティングチームの一員として動く、実行力を伴うパートナーです。 担当アカウントの継続率とアカウント成長に責任を持ち、日々の施策運用からお客様とのQBR（四半期レビュー）までを一貫して担っていただきます。 また、プロダクト・エンジニアリングチームは台北を中心としたグローバル体制です。日本のお客様の声を製品開発に届け、機能改善の優先度を動かしていくことも、CSMの重要な役割です。 主な業務内容 担当アカウントのオンボーディングをリードし、初期の成果創出（Time to Value の最短化）を実現する お客様のマーケティング課題・KPIを理解し、AIQUA・BotBonnie・AIRIS・AdCreative.aiを活用した施策を設計・実行・改善する セグメント設計、シナリオ構築、配信設定、効果検証まで、プラットフォーム上で手を動かしながらお客様と伴走する 利用状況・成果データをモニタリングし、活用が進んでいない領域を能動的に特定して改善提案を行う 経営層・マーケティング部門・IT部門など多様なステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築し、QBRを主導する 担当アカウントの契約継続に責任を持ち、アップセル・クロスセルの機会を創出してアカウントを成長させる タグ・SDK実装やデータ連携に関する技術的な論点を切り分け、お客様の技術担当者や社内テックチームと連携して解決に導く お客様からのフィードバックを構造化してプロダクトチームへ連携し、製品ロードマップへの反映を推進する Sales、Pre-Sales、Marketing、Productチームと連携し、お客様への価値提供を最大化する 成功事例やナレッジをプレイブックとして形式知化し、チーム全体の提供品質を引き上げる 応募条件 必須 デジ
