Who We Want Content Moderators expeditiously read, analyze and apply codes to large quantities of user generated content that is posted to our clients' websites. This content includes customer product reviews, questions, general comments, images and videos in English and in Dutch. On occasion, the Content Moderator may encounter content that is deeply disturbing and illegal defined as text, images, or video that suggest or contain evidence of violence to children, child sexual abuse, serious crime or serious threats of violence. About the Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team, specifically focused on high-volume Affiliates, Trading Communities and KOLs. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of Affiliates (Key Opinion Leaders, Trading Communities, Traffic Websites), and (secondarily) VIP clients - in Germany. This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z. What You'll Be Doing Primary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of affiliates. Secondary: Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network. Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels. What You’ll Be Doing Develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners, with audiences and communities to be referred to OKX. Affiliates and partners will be defined broadly based on fit, and may include a combination of: key opinion leaders, influencers, trading groups, websites, event organisers, professionals in relevant industries, and other companies serving customer bases with related interests. Build the business case for signing affiliates and partners to work with OKX online and at in person events. Build relationships with affiliates and partners, negotiate commercial terms, and facilitate contract execution to begin working with them. Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns. Improve the performance of existing affiliates. What We Look For In You 3+ years of affiliate marketing/ business development experience in the digital asset space, or a related sector. Candidates with existing books of affiliates will be preferred. Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish. Results oriented and comfort with interpreting performance data.
