Snowflakeは、データ革命の最前線に立ち、世界最高水準のデータおよびアプリケーション・プラットフォームの構築に取り組んでいます。私たちのミッションは、企業の根深いデータサイロを解消し、「世界中のデータをモビライズすること」です。急速に進化するデータとAIの時代において、お客様の変革を支える次世代のデータ戦略を、ともに実現しませんか。 Sales team’s Mission ? 日本のフィールドセール組織は、顧客規模や業界ごとに専門性を持った体制で運営されています。 私たちのミッションは、単に製品を販売することではなく、社内のセールスエンジニアリング、プロフェッショナルサービス、マーケティング、パートナーと密に連携しながら、お客様にとっての長期的なデータ戦略を支えるTrusted Advisorとして価値を届けることです。 The Impact You will Make Senior District Managerとして、担当Districtにおける営業戦略の立案と実行、組織づくり、案件推進を通じて、継続的な売上成長を実現していただきます。 District戦略の立案と実行: 担当Districtの営業戦略を策定し、四半期および年次ベースでチームの売上目標達成をリードする。 チームビルディングと人材育成: Account Executiveを中心とした営業チームの採用、育成、コーチング、パフォーマンスマネジメントを担い、高い成果を継続的に創出できる組織をつくる。 エグゼクティブリレーションの構築: お客様の経営課題、ITロードマップ、データ戦略を深く理解し、CxO、ITエグゼクティブ、LOBエグゼクティブとの長期的な信頼関係を構築する。 パイプラインと案件推進の高度化: 担当アカウントに対するアカウントプラン、案件戦略、パイプラインマネジメント、フォーキャスト精度の向上を推進する。 戦略案件のリード: 大型案件や戦略案件において、営業活動全体の指揮を執り、案件形成からクロージング、拡大、深耕までを支援する。 クロスファンクショナルな協業: セールスエンジニアリング、プロフェッショナルサービス、マーケティング、パートナーを含むクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、One Teamとして顧客成果を最大化する。 市場インサイトの活用: 担当業界の市場動向、競合環境、顧客ニーズを把握し、SnowflakeのポジショニングおよびGo-to-Market戦略に反映する。 次世代リーダーの育成: 将来のリーダー候補を育成し、組織の拡大と継続的な成長に貢献する。 Who You Are 必須要件 SaaSまたはエンタープライズソフトウェア業界において、8年以上の法人営業経験を有していること。 3年以上の営業マネジメント経験を有し、チーム目標達成に向けた組織運営、育成、評価の実績があること。 大型エンタープライズ案件において、アカウントプラン策定、案件推進、クロージングまでをリードした実績があること。 顧客の課題を的確
