Point72アカデミー 新卒者向け投資アナリストプログラム(2027年 - 日本) Point72では、次世代の投資家を育成しています。 Point72アカデミー 新卒者向け投資アナリストプログラムは、バイサイドについて学び、Point72のアナリストとしてのキャリア形成を支援する10か月間の有給トレーニングプログラムです。 2026年12月から2027年7月の間に卒業予定の学生の皆様を対象に、2027年度クラスへの参加者を募集しています。 アカデミーを無事修了すると、2026年3月時点で当社に配属された230名以上のPoint72アカデミー卒業生のネットワークに加わる機会が得られます。アナリストとして配属された場合、長期的なキャリア形成を支援するメンターシップおよび専門能力開発リソースを活用することができます。 プログラムの概要: Point72のアナリストに必要なファンダメンタルズのリサーチと分析のスキルを学び、創造性、自律性、厳密な分析を重んじる職務で知的好奇心を発揮できます。本プログラムは、最初の8か月間の体系的なトレーニングと、その後2か月間の投資チームまたは当社プラットフォーム内の類似部門でのローテーションで構成されています。プログラムを修了した方には、フルタイムのアナリストとして投資チームに加わる機会が与えられる可能性があります。 アカデミーの教員、投資の専門家、世界有数の大学の教授陣の指導のもと、高度な企業分析およびモデリングのスキルを習得します。 統計学、会計学、財務モデリング、データ分析、コーディングなどを学びます。 最大3つの投資チームでローテーションを行い、習得したスキルを実際の場面で活用します。 ローテーション期間中は、当社の投資の専門家と密接に連携し、直接指導とメンターシップを受けながら実務経験を積みます。 卒業後の機会:アナリストの職務 アカデミーを修了すると、Point72の株式リサーチアナリストとしての機会が得られる可能性があります。この職務では、金融に関する洞察力と好奇心を活かし、以下のような業務を通じてチームの投資戦略の策定に貢献します。 担当するビジネスとその変化について理解を深めるための高度な財務モデルを構築・改善します。 企業調査(チャネルチェック)、業界イベントへの参加、業界関係者やセルサイドアナリスト、リサーチアソシエイトとの関係構築、各種データセットの分析を通じて投資仮説を構築します。 ポートフォリオマネージャーからのコーチングや、利用可能な専門能力開発リソースを最大限に活用することで、スキルを継続的に向上させます。 最高レベルのプロ意識、誠実さ、倫理観、卓越性をもって行動します。 求める人物像: あらゆる学問分野の学生を歓迎します。専攻や学問分野は重要な要素ではありません。チームワークを効果的に保てるよう配慮し、誠実さを示し、知的好奇心を持ち、リーダーシップの能力を示し、金融市場に強い関心を示す人を求めています。 金融サービス業界に対して高い熱意を持つ学生を求めています。このプログラムはプロジェクトに沿って進めるため、企業や株式の分析に関心があることが望ましいと考えています。 日本語および英語の両方で、高度な読み書きおよび会話能力を有し、高い自己管理能力と主体性を備えている方。 応募条件: 2026年12月から2027年7月の間に大学を卒業する予定の学生。 研究や問題解決に熱心で、飽くなき探究心を持ち、常に視野を広げている方。 最高レベルのプロ意識、誠実さ、卓越性をもって、学業および職業のキャリアで継続的な成功を目指している方。 最も高い倫理基準へのコミットメントがある方。 高い自主性を持ち、金融業界でのキャリアを探求する意欲のある方。 応募フローについて: オンライン願書、エッセイ、履歴書を提出してください。これらの書類はすべて、あなた自身を候補者として紹介するためのものです。オンライン応募が完了すると、プロフィールの審査を開始します。 書類選考を通過した候補者には、ケーススタディへの参加に向けたメール招待状が届き
