About the role As the EMEA Lead – Sales Engineering, you'll lead and grow DevRev's Sales Engineering team across EMEA. It's a hands-on leadership role, you'll directly manage a distributed team of SEs across multiple markets and time zones, while personally partnering with Sales leadership on the region's most strategic opportunities. You'll set the bar for a high-quality technical experience across the customer journey — blending technical depth with storytelling across demos, evaluations, and proposals, in close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. What you'll do Hire, coach, and grow a distributed team of Sales Engineers across multiple EMEA markets — owning recruiting, ramping, goal-setting, reviews, and career development. Manage team capacity and coverage — allocating SE resources across deals, markets, and time zones, and representing SE in regional Sales leadership and forecasting.
