About the Team The Scaling team is responsible for the architectural and engineering backbone of OpenAI’s infrastructure. We design and deliver advanced systems that support the deployment and operation of cutting-edge AI models. Our work spans system software, networking, platform architecture, fleet-level monitoring, and performance optimization. About the Role We’re hiring an SW Engineer to enable production workloads and end-to-end testing on new platforms. This role will include creating new test harnesses and platform stress benchmarks, porting existing inference and training workloads to new, sometimes early-access, systems/hardware, analyzing performance and bottlenecks, and characterizing the end-to-end behavior of new systems (compute, comms, storage, control plane, and failure modes). Key Responsibilities Port and validate key inference and training workloads on new platforms/SKUs as they arrive; drive correctness, performance, and stability to an internal readiness bar. Build a suite of benchmarks and stress tests that capture real E2E behavior of our workloads by exercising all aspects of a system, including CPU, GPU, memory subsystem, frontend, scale-up, and scale-out networking (including WAN traffic, NVlink and RDMA collectives), storage, thermals, and any other relevant parts. Deep-dive performance on distributed training/inference: Collective performance and tuning (across NCCL/RCCL and internal libraries) Overlap of compute/communication, kernel-level bottlenecks, memory bandwidth and scheduling effects Create repeatable test harnesses that run in CI / lab environments and produce actionable outputs (pass/fail, performance score, regression detection). Partner with systems + fleet bring-up engineers to ensure the platform is not only stable and performant, but also operationally usable and scalable (containerization, K8s integration, telemetry hooks, failure triage loops). Work cross-functionally with vendors and internal stakeholders by producing

About the Team The Statsig team within OpenAI builds the experimentation, feature rollout, dynamic configuration, and analytics systems that help OpenAI ship products with speed, safety, and evidence. Our work sits on the critical path for how product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams learn from real-world usage and make high-confidence decisions. Statsig began as an independent company focused on helping builders move faster through trustworthy experimentation and feature management. After Statsig joined OpenAI, the team began the next chapter: bringing that deep product expertise, customer intuition, and mature platform infrastructure into OpenAI as the experimentation and rollout platform for every product we ship. Today, we support teams across ChatGPT, Codex, model measurement, consumer experiences including ads, business subscriptions, developer products, and the shared infrastructure that connects them. These teams rely on Statsig to safely introduce new capabilities, compare product and model behavior, measure impact, and roll changes forward or back with confidence. We are at a defining moment in the platform journey. OpenAI has the data, product surface area, and pace of innovation to learn faster than almost any organization in the world, but that potential only becomes real if teams can experiment responsibly, measure clearly, and roll out changes safely. Adoption of the platform is accelerating rapidly across the company, and recent SDK and server-side infrastructure work has already produced measurable wins in latency, reliability, memory usage, and compute efficiency for important services. Based out of OpenAI’s Bellevue office, we are a close-knit team that values in-person collaboration, urgency, craft, and impact. We build for other builders, and the best version of this team is one where every OpenAI product team can move faster because the experimentation and rollout layer is dependable, fast, and easy to use. The Role The Customer Engagement Manager owns a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end: every engagement, every outcome, every relationship, every expansion opportunity. Think of this as the McKinsey Associate Partner model applied to enterprise AI delivery. You are the single point of accountability for your accounts. The customer calls you — not your manager — when they have a problem. You staff delivery teams, oversee solution quality, run executive readouts, measure ROI, drive adoption, rebuild trust when things break, and grow the book through proven production value. This is not a project management role. This is an account ownership role that combines delivery orchestration, outcome ownership, customer leadership, and commercial growth. What You’ll Own 1. Account Ownership Own your accounts end-to-end: every engagement, every outcome, every relationship. Everything good or bad stops with you. Be the single point of contact the customer calls for any problem — delivery, quality, adoption, escalation, or expansion. Maintain a holistic view of each account: engagement status, risk exposure, opportunity pipeline, and the customer’s strategic priorities for the qua
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Location Type: 3 Days in Menlo Park Office About the role We are an AI-first analytics team. We don't use AI to augment traditional BI workflows — we've replaced them. The Analytics team builds the intelligence layer that the Tax function under the CFO office runs on: AI agents that encode repeatable tax processes, Streamlit apps that surface real-time insight, semantic models that let any analyst query complex data in plain English, and workflow automations that collapse hours of manual work into a single prompt. Our primary development environment is CoCo (Cortex Code), Snowflake's AI coding assistant, and SnowWork , the AI IDE we ship work in. You will partner closely with Tax leadership to transform their function using AI. Every deliverable on this team is built AI-first: you design the workflow, you write the prompt, you validate the output. If you are still building dashboards by hand, refreshing Excel files manually, or treating AI as a spell-checker for your code — this role will ask you to operate differently. This is a high-breadth seat focused on unifying fragmented tax data, identifying high-risk areas, and automating compliance reporting to allow the Tax team to focus on decision-making and exception handling. One week you're building a new AI agent for tax ri

Snowflake Horizon Catalog is the context and governance layer of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. AI is fundamentally transforming how enterprises monitor and trust their data: instead of manually configuring thresholds and triaging failures, AI-powered anomaly detection fires on freshness and volume deviations automatically, agentic root cause analysis traces quality failures back to their upstream source in minutes, and intelligent lineage surfaces the blast radius of any schema change before it reaches a dashboard. ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE Baseten's engineers want to work in an AI-first way. What's missing isn't enthusiasm — it's the platform underneath it. Today everyone assembles their own agent config, context files, and MCP servers, so the good patterns stay trapped in individual setups instead of becoming defaults everyone inherits. You'll build that platform: the agent configurations tuned to our monorepo, the context and tooling layer that makes agents competent in our codebase, the evals that tell us which approaches actually work, and the rollout mechanics that get a new engineer productive with agents in week one. You are not here to mandate how engineers use AI — you're here to make the good path the easy path. Success looks like teams adopting what you build because it beats what they'd cobble together themselves, not because a policy requires it. Platform engineer, not AI evangelist. Ship infrastructure, measure it, kill what doesn't work, let adoption be the referee. The playbook for AI-first SDLC doesn't exist at any company yet. You'll write ours. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Agent substrate — Repo-level context infrastructure that makes agents competent in our codebase ( CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md conventions, architecture and domain context, and the tooling to keep it accurate as code moves). Internal MCP servers giving agents scoped access to CI, observability, incident tooling, deployment state, and docs. Shared skills, subagents, and hooks th
