ROLE OVERVIEW The Retail Supervisor partners with the store Leadership team to lead the front-line part-time retail team — including Retail Associates and Retail Leads — across daily operations, coaching, and game day execution. This role carries full Manager on Duty responsibilities and operates on a full-time schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and extended hours during events.
