About Us: AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Lovable , Ramp , Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We recently raised a $355M Series C at a $4.65B valuation, led by General Catalyst and Redpoint Ventures. We've crossed $300M+ ARR and grown fivefold since September. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g., Seaborn , Luig i ), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. The Role: We’re looking for business operations managers to join the team. This person will work closely with folks across marketing, sales, operations, and finance across a variety of initiatives to help scale the business in our next phase of growth. You'll be a generalist who gets in the weeds on all the business and operational aspects of a high-growth startup. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is hiring a Business Operations Lead, Compensation & Equity to help build the next stage of our compensation function. This is a senior individual contributor role with exposure to company-level decisions and frequent partnership with the executive team and leaders across People, Finance, Legal, Talent, and the business. This role works on high-judgment, high-impact questions that sit within a few steps of Ramp's senior leadership team. You will work directly on issues that affect hiring strategy, retention, performance, equity planning, international expansion, executive decision-making, and the employee experience. For the right person, this is a way to build rare expertise in compensation and equity while developing the judgment and company context to take on broader operating roles over time. You do not need to be a career compensation specialist. You do need to be analytically e

About Datalab Datalab trains models that read documents reliably at scale. The world's most important information is trapped in PDFs, scans, and files that can't easily be parsed, and getting it out correctly matters. From frontier AI labs processing training data to Fortune 500s like Siemens extracting decades of engineering records, Datalab is where businesses turn to when extraction has to be right. We're at an 8-figure run rate with a team of 7. Anthropic is a customer. And we have hundreds more across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. Our tools, chandra, surya, marker, and lift, have 70,000+ GitHub stars and broad developer mindshare. We're backed by founding members of OpenAI, FAIR, and Hugging Face. Role Overview Datalab is growing extremely quickly, and as we grow, we outgrow our processes every few months. We're looking for a Founding Business Operations hire to find where the business is straining and fix it — designing, running, and improving the operational machinery underneath a fast-scaling company. This is a true generalist role, and the target will move as we scale. You'll own whatever the highest-leverage operational gap is at a given moment. Right now, that's our revenue and metrics layer: our pipeline and customer data need a real owner, inbound leads need to be captured and followed up reliably, and leadership needs consistent visibility into how the business and our launches are performing. That's where you'll start and where you'll have the most impact in your first few months. In two or three months the biggest gap may be somewhere else entirely — and you'll be the kind of person who's energized by that, not unsettled by it. You'll work directly with leadership and partner across sales, engineering, research, finance, and our Chief of Staff. If you're ambitious, analytical, and organized, this is a uniquely rewarding opportunity to help build an AI business from the ground up. Day to day: A typical week might

What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity The best CEOs don't scale alone. As Executive Assistant to our CEO, Jaleh, your job is to scale her time and energy across every Mutineer, customer, and investor she touches. This is the traditional EA role and then well past it: you'll manage the calendar, inbox, and travel, but you'll also spot trends, build the processes and communication systems that make her better at her job, and act as her voice when it counts. You'll run the physical and social heartbeat of the company too, from the office to the events that keep a fast-growing team connected. Do this well and you become the person Jaleh and the whole company can't imagine operating without. What you'll own Jaleh's time. Calendar, email, travel, expenses, and event coordination. Be the trusted partner who responds fast and resolves every internal request before it becomes a problem. The inbox, in her voice. Build playbooks for processing email on Jaleh's behalf and route only what truly needs her. This takes sharp judgment, strong writing, and a real feel for how she thinks and how the company works. The calendar as strategy. Work with Jaleh each quarter to shape a calendar that reflects her actual priorities. Help Mutineers show up with the right pre-reads and prep so every meeting earns its place. Playbooks and pr

VTS runs a complex, high-volume revenue motion — Salesforce CPQ feeding NetSuite via middleware, with mid-contract amendments involving upsells, cross-sells, volume changes, downgrades, and product churn happening continuously. The integration layer that connects these systems is functional but manual-heavy, underdocumented, and not built to scale. Furthermore, our CRM and CPQ system requires customization in order to optimize deal workflows to ensure accuracy and timely contract execution. This is not a Salesforce admin role with a developer title. We need someone who writes clean Apex, understands how CPQ order data needs to land in an ERP, knows what good middleware design looks like, and treats release management as a professional discipline — not an afterthought. Alongside our RevOps system team and Salesforce Architect, you'll work closely with our Finance and Sales teams. You will be one of the internal technical voice that evaluates and challenges what those partners propose — knowing when to push back when something is wrong. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. ** What you can expect as a Senior Salesforce & Integration Engineer: Salesforce / CPQ Own the technical customization and development of Salesforce — LWCs, Apex classes/triggers etc along with flows Manage the scaling of custom objects that drive pre/post sales teams in meeting customer needs and internal workflow management Write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and flows that support Salesforce and CPQ business logic — with test classes that hit 90%+ coverage as a floor, not a ceiling Integration Architecture & Development Partner with third-party implementation firms on the integration build and growth connecting Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite — be the internal technical reviewer, not just the observer Own the internal integration layer as it matures: field
