This organization is made up of 1,200+ customer-facing technical experts around the world — including Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Support Engineers, and Solution Architects — who work with prospects and customers throughout their journey with Datadog to deliver outstanding experiences and drive growth through product adoption. As a Technical Program Manager II, you will lead and support a variety of technical programs that help these customer-facing teams work more effectively. Depending on the needs of the organization, this could include programs related to internal tooling, process improvement, knowledge and content systems, or other cross-functional initiatives. You’ll partner closely with team leads, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to bring structure and clarity to moderately complex, cross-team programs, and you’ll act as a multiplier for the teams you support by driving programs from planning through delivery. Candidates who have previously led projects for customer-facing technical teams are especially encouraged to apply. Establish and maintain program management fundamentals — project trackers, status updates, risk logs — so stakeholders always

We are the Experimentation team at Datadog, a startup operating inside one of the fastest-growing companies in software. The team brings together engineers who joined through Datadog’s May 2025 acquisition of Eppo with engineers from across Datadog, and together we are building feature flagging and experimentation into the platform. Our statistics engineers hold PhDs and are pushing the boundaries of what an experimentation platform can do. Our full-stack engineers move fast, lean on the latest AI tooling, and prototype and ship new features weekly. We talk to customers directly to shape requirements, and our roadmap is driven by our own product vision and sharpened by real customer and sales input. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team building the Experimentation App. You will own one to two squads to start, partnering closely with our engineers, statisticians, product managers, and designers to turn a deep roadmap into a shipped product. To conform to US export control regulations, candidates should be eligible for any required authorizations from the US government. About Datadog: We're on a mission to build the best platform in the world for engineers to understand and scale their systems, applications, and teams. We operate at high scale—trillions of data points per day—providing always-on alerting, metrics visualization, logs, and application tracing for tens of thousands of companies. Our engineering culture values pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity to solve hard problems the right way. The Opportunity: Datadog’s Staff Engineers are our technical leaders operating at the forefront of technology, building solutions that take us through at least our next five years of growth. This includes how customers get started, understand recommendations, evaluate value, and safely apply changes across their environments. The work also connects to other parts of Datadog, including observability, Cloud Cost Management, permissions, and AI-assisted workflows. As a Staff Product Designer, you will help define that direction and lead the work from early problem framing through shipped product. You will partner closely with product and engineering, bring a high level of interaction and visual craft to complex workflows, and help raise the quality of design across Modern Compute.
