TPMs at Datadog see the problems hiding between teams, engineer away the work that shouldn’t require humans, and drive the company’s most technically complex and consequential bets to completion. Technical Program Management at Datadog operates at the intersection of engineering depth and organizational reach by driving high priority, cross-functional programs that are too complex and consequential for any single team to own. We partner with engineering on solving deeply technical problems at scale by connecting the people, decisions, and context to move Datadog's most important work forward. We build the systems and automation that make entire classes of program work self-executing. We are in the architecture conversation early, earning trust through technical judgment. We use AI to surface risks earlier, accelerate program execution plans, and find cross-team patterns that would otherwise stay hidden. The faster teams move, the more essential it is to have someone who can operate across them. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What We Expect: These are the expectations we hold for every TPM at Datadog. Technical depth, product domain expertise, and AI systems literacy; knowing how AI solutions work, where they fail, and the scope and impact of those failures. AI brings more complexity into the picture - the technical bar is higher, not lower. Build the systems that reduce the need for coordination Identify what matters before anyone asks, and automate the rest Engineer program lifecycles end-to-end See what no single team can see and own the solution Drive the company's most technically complex and consequential bets through cross-functional agreement, organizational visibility, and influence Build AI powered automation tools and

But food is more than sustenance — it's identity, ritual, culture, and care. The way we eat shapes our health, our routines, and our relationships. Yet for most people, translating a desire to eat better or live healthier into actual, lasting habit change remains hard. The Instacart Consumer team is at the forefront of reimagining how people relate to food at home. We're building new product experiences around meals, nutrition, and health that go beyond the transaction — helping people discover what to cook, build routines that stick, and feel confident in the choices they make for themselves and their families. As a Staff Researcher on the Consumer team, you will shape the foundational understanding of how and why people change (or struggle to change) their food behaviors.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 This role bridges infrastructure and product engineering: you'll build genuine partnerships across product, AI, and enterprise teams so that ownership is shared and velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. As Director, you'll set a forward-looking cloud vision, proactively align with stakeholders across the business, and ensure the platform scales for multi-shard, multi-region growth while meeting security and compliance commitments (SOC 2, business continuity/disaster recovery, and enterprise security frameworks). The Role: Cost Efficiency: Drive significant annual infrastructure savings by migrating data workloads to EKS and self-hosting key services such as OpenSearch. Ingress Convergence: Deprecate legacy frontend ALBs and consolidate to a single EKS-managed ALB per shard, unblocking faster deployments across the org. Coverage & Bench Depth: Eliminate single points of ownership across Networking, OpenSearch, and Terraform through cross-training and targeted hiring into coverage gaps. Stakeholder Alignment: Stand up a recurring alignment cadence with Product, AI, Enterprise, and Security so infra planning is driven by demand, not ad-hoc interrupts. Automation: Ship automated shard buildout via Backstage to remove manual toil from enterprise scaling. Reliability: Cut P0/P1 incidents attributed to Cloud Platform (DNS, ALB misconfiguration) through hardened ingress patterns and Terraform-policy guardrails, including blocking unauthenticated public endpoints. Roadmap Ownership: Deliver a roadmap covering Agent enablement, centralized IaC, and deployment rollout acceleration, tied to AI and

What you’ll do Act as the technical lead for large parts of the scanner platform: system architecture, codebase structure, and long-term maintainability. Own core runtime foundations: distributed control, state management, fault handling, and reliability. Drive engineering rigor: testability, code quality, review standards, performance regression prevention, and release processes. Build robust observability: logs, metrics, traces, and replayable diagnostics (with privacy constraints). Collaborate with hardware and recon/ML teams to define interfaces, data contracts, timing/synchronization, and failure modes. Lead complex refactors (e.g., message passing / RPC boundaries, modularization, concurrency model) without halting forward progress. What we’re looking for Deep software architecture experience for real-world systems: robotics, instrumentation, medical devices, or other complex distributed products. Strong Python and concurrency background (asyncio, multiprocessing, profiling, performance engineering). Track record of shipping systems that are observable, debuggable, and resilient. Strong technical leadership: clarity, pragmatic trade-offs, and mentoring. Useful experience Building but rock-solid systems: clear interfaces (gRPC/protobuf or equivalent), strong state modeling, and failure handling. High-leverage engineering habits on a lean team: good tests, CI, reproducible dev environments, and fast code review. Practical performance + concurrency work in Python (asyncio, profiling, multiprocessing) and comfort debugging distributed behavior. Security-minded device software: safe defaults, encrypted data paths, and disciplined handling of PII/PHI. Operational thinking: remote updates/management, excellent logging, and diagnostics that make real hardware debuggable.

As a Staff Product Manager on Datadog's Observability Data Platform (ODP) , you will lead product management for a portfolio of foundational platform bets — work that changes the cost structure and capability of the platform itself, not the cost of any single feature. Among ODP’s portfolio of engineering work are efforts to bring the platform's unit cost down meaningfully each quarter, plus a slate of architectural bets aimed at order-of-magnitude cost reduction over the longer horizon. The work you'll lead reshapes how Datadog ingests, routes, and exposes telemetry value to customers — and is foundational to how every product team in Datadog's ecosystem will think about telemetry economics going forward. This role reports to the Group Product Manager of ODP. What You'll Do: Set product direction across foundational platform bets by defining problems and desired outcomes, partnering with engineering to determine slices of work that drive value in phases for users and the business. Collaborate on the long-term cost-and-value architecture of the platform — how value-aware telemetry, innovative data engines, and customer-facing cost stories fit together over multiple quarters. Develop and defend sizing and impact estimates for large, diffuse programs — credibly produce the analysis that engineering leadership and pricing partners need to make resourcing and prioritization calls. Anticipate and communicate market trends in telemetry economics and agentic observability and how they shape platform investment. Develop deep understanding of cost-to-serve by partnering with engineering on the unit economics of the data platform and bring that cost-profile understanding into collaborative discussions with product verticals about customer-facing trade-offs. Surface the customer-positive angles in cost work that engineering-led optimization tickets don't currently make visible. Deliver concise written and verbal communication to executive, engineering, and customer audien

It brings the entire incident lifecycle — from alert to resolution — together in one place so engineers can respond fast with confidence instead of losing time switching between disconnected monitoring, paging, and incident tools. As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) - Incident Response, you will develop go-to-market strategy for new products and features, create the content that enables our sales and partner teams, and touch on all areas of the business while helping move Datadog forward. We give our Product Marketing Managers the opportunity to collaborate, investigate, and idealize how we can gear our product strategy to yield the highest results. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Drive the go-to-market strategy for Datadog Incident Response products, such as Incident Management, On-Call, and Incident AI as an expert of your product area. Launch new features with compelling messaging and positioning, developing assets such as slide decks, blogs, product demos, webinars, and solution briefs. Develop high-impact sales enablement assets (battlecards, pitch decks, demos) grounded in deep market and competitive insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across webinars, paid media, organic channels, and sponsored events.
