About the Role As Global Transportation Program Sr. Manager, you will own the strategy, expansion, and day-to-day performance of OpenAI’s employee transportation programs. You will make it easier for employees to get to and between our workplaces through reliable, accessible, and cost-effective commuting options. We’re looking for a builder who has launched and scaled employee transportation programs across countries in a fast-growing organization. You will translate our global workplace expansion plans into a transportation roadmap, establishing the systems, vendor partnerships, and operating practices needed to support new markets and growing offices.
