THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can own and harden the systems layer of Baseten's Marketing engine. Marketing at Baseten is scaling fast — more spend, more campaigns, more model launches, more inbound. The systems underneath (Our ESP, CRMs, forms, tracking, routing, alerting) need an owner who treats them like production infrastructure that cannot go down. When something breaks, it costs us time, pipeline, and trust in the data. This role exists so it doesn't break. You’ll simultaneously build for the future and re-think assumptions about our tech stack in the age of agents. This is an offensive play that gives the rest of the team leverage and superpowers to hit our ambitious goals. This is NOT an IT or service role. This is a core member of the marketing team who implements technology to achieve outcomes. RESPONSIBILTIES Own the marketing tech stack end-to-end: ad platforms, email systems, tracking, pixels, forms, connectors. Build defense-in-depth on inbound: spam/bot protection, rate limiting, email/domain validation, sync gating — and the alerting to catch anomalies before they hit sales or leadership dashboards. Enforce data integrity: UTM governance, campaign membership, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing logic, field-level hygiene, canonical metric definitions. Operationalize the web request pipeline with our dev agency: structured briefs, tickets, SLAs, and launch-day runb

What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most CS roles are graded on how few problems the customer has. You'll be graded on how much they grow. As a growth strategist at Mutiny, you'll own a book of managed accounts and become the reason teams at customers like Rippling, Uber, and Snowflake get more out of AI than their peers. CS isn't a support function here. It's how we turn early traction into the customer base that defines a category. You'll build the playbooks as you go and shape what customer success looks like at an AI-native company from the ground up. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Your book. Onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across your managed accounts. Every customer outcome runs through you. Customer expertise. Become the expert on how each customer's business works and where Mutiny fits in. Translate that into "aha" moments that move their roadmap. The AI motion. Teach customers how to use our agent-first platform to create assets that actually move the needle for their sales and marketing teams. Their team uses Mutiny because you made it obvious how. EBRs that move things. Run business reviews that tell a real story and drive action. Follow-ups that are crisp and lead somewhere. Renewals and expansion. Build the case six months before it comes

We're on a mission to build the best platform in the world for engineers to understand and scale their systems, applications, and teams. We operate at high scale—trillions of data points per day—allowing for seamless collaboration and problem-solving among Dev, Ops and Security teams globally for tens of thousands of companies. Our engineering culture values pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity to solve hard problems the right way. The Team: As organizations rapidly invest in AI applications and build out AI labs, telemetry volumes are growing exponentially and costs are becoming unpredictable. From LLM interactions to agentic workflows, AI systems generate unpredictable streams of logs, driving up costs and making it harder to maintain efficient observability. These challenges are critical for organizations in regulated industries with strict data residency requirements, where data must remain within controlled environments. Datadog’s Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) team is reimagining what observability and security look like at petabyte scale in the AI era. The Opportunity: The Group Product Manager - Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) role is responsible for defining and bringing to market the next generation of telemetry analytics and insights capabilities in an AI-first environment. This role is highly technical and creative in nature as you will envision novel ways to enable customers to cost-effectively explore, analyze and report over petabytes of data through a welcoming and easy-to-use interface. You will partner with various teams to take advantage of BitsAI capabilities and surface critical insights on volume usage and retention for popular use cases. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. About Datadog: We're on a mission to build the best platform in the world for engineers to understand and scale their systems, applications, and teams. Our engineering culture values pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity to solve hard problems the right way. The Opportunity: Datadog’s Staff Engineers are our technical leaders operating at the forefront of technology, building solutions that take us through at least our next five years of growth. As technical leaders they bring experienced technical breadth and communication skills to tackling design and architectural problems spanning the organization, charting the right course, then leading delivery. In both roles they participate in the staff engineering community and help us learn from what the industry is doing and what we've built before, and so improve company wide standards around software and systems engineering. Some examples of projects a staff engineer may own include designing and building a new data storage engine handling hundreds of millions of records per second, being the lead engineer building a new product like synthetics or profiling, or rebuilding a critical service to handle the next two orders of magnitude of scale. The opportunity Datadog’s Infrastructure products help engineers understand and operate the systems their applications depend on. Our customers work in complex environments like Kubernetes and serverless, where infrastructure changes constantly, information is dense, and decisions about reliability, performance, and cost are closely connected. We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join Modern Compute, with an initial focus on Containers Autoscaling. Autoscaling helps engineering teams make better decisions about how their applications and infrastructure use resources. Designing these experiences requires making deeply technical systems understandable, helping customers act with confidence, and fitting into the tools and workflows they already use. The team is rethinking how workload and cluster autoscaling come together as a more coherent product experience. This includes how customers get started, understand recommendations, evaluate value, and safely apply changes across their environments. The work also connects to other parts of Datadog, including observability, Cloud Cost Management, permissions, and AI-assisted workflows. As a Staff Product Designer, you will help define that direction and lead the work from early problem framing through shipped product. You will partner closely with product and engineering, bring a high level of interaction and visual craft to complex workflows, and help raise the quality of design across Modern Compute. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture, the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to help our Datadogs find a work-life rhythm that works for them. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end product design for Modern Compute, initially focused on our Autoscaling product. Help define the product direction for an area that is still evolving, from early framing and exploration through detailed design and delivery. Design clear, trustwort
