Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. Replit is building a modern, AI-native learning function, and we're looking for a Sr. Learning Experience Lead to own it. You'll own our learning platform and the onboarding and enablement experiences that run on it: designing them, delivering them, turning them into durable on-demand learning, and proving they work. This is a builder-leader role. You'll design learning, facilitate it live, build it into the platform, and measure its impact, and you'll do much of that hands-on, in the tools, the way a modern builder works. You'll start close to home and grow the mandate. Your initial focus is owning the onboarding experience for our Support organization, taking it end-to-end and turning it into a real, tracked, repeatable system. Over time, you'll elevate onboarding and enablement beyond Support to the broader company, partnering with our People team, with the learning platform as the vehicle. What You'll Do Own the learning platform. As its DRI, you own the roadmap, the learning journeys, and the instructional design behind them. You make the calls and own the outcomes. Support onboarding, end-to-end. Facilitation, the live-to-on-demand pipeline, and the role-based journeys that get new team members confident and productive fast. Create content and learning plans. Prescriptive learning paths and the content that fills them. Own measurement criteria and data-driven results: The layer that proves onboarding and enablement change behavior and speed ramp, not just completion rates, with the tracking and feedback loops that keep it healthy over time. As the mandate grows. Grow the platform and the learning function as adoption expands, raising the bar for how people learn at Replit. Required Skills & Experience Deep L&

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About Replit Replit is building the world's most ubiquitous AI coding agent. Replit Agent can be used by anybody to bring their ideas to life. Whether it's an app for yourself, the next great startup idea, or a tool to make you more productive at work, Replit Agent can help build it. Replit is also the leader in secure vibe coding. We protect apps, give users features to manage security risks, and help them vibe code more safely. About the role: Replit is changing how people and companies turn ideas into software. Reaching those customers requires engineering that connects acquisition to the product experience and gives teams trustworthy evidence about what works. This role goes beyond operating conventional marketing technology. You will rethink growth systems for a world where agents can observe performance, diagnose problems, take action, and learn from the result. As the founding engineer for Growth Enablement, you will set the technical direction for this area. You will build agentic systems alongside shared foundations for attribution, audiences, lifecycle engagement, referrals, and promotions. The work spans web, mobile, billing, and data. You will work directly with marketing, sales, and partnerships to find the highest-leverage problems and ship the first solutions. Successful projects will become platforms that help these teams move faster and give Replit a clearer view of what drives durable growth. You will: Design agentic growth systems that monitor performance, diagnose failures, run approved experiments, and improve from the results. Explore AI-native approaches to answer engine optimization, campaign operations, audience discovery, and measurement. Build acquisition measurement across web and mobile, in
About the Team The Agent Safety team works to ensure that increasingly capable AI agents act safely, exercise sound judgment, and remain aligned with user intent. Our mission is to reduce the probability of severe unintended outcomes from increasingly capable AI agents while preserving their ability to act effectively and autonomously. Our work spans three areas: Training: Create training methods, environments and data that teach agents to make better decisions in consequential situations. We turn real-world failures into training signals that prevent similar incidents, and identify precursor behaviors and mitigations to address emerging risks. Measurements: Build evaluations and production metrics that identify emerging risks and measure whether our interventions work. Oversight: Develop oversight and system mitigation mechanisms that reduce harmful actions while preserving useful autonomy (for example future versions of auto-review ). About the Role We’re looking for strong executors with excellent judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and an understanding of frontier model research. You don’t need prior safety or alignment experience, we also welcome people that recently realized that alignment and safety is a critical area to contribute to. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Train and evaluate frontier models to reduce harmful or misaligned agent actions, forming clear hypotheses and executing independently through ambiguity. Mine incidents and build scalable measurement, data-processing, and evaluation systems that turn real failures into repeatable safety signals. Collaborate closely with post-training, capabilities, oversight, and pre-training partners to ship research-backed mitigations into large-scale training and agent systems. You might thrive in this role if you: Have demonstrated strength in research engineering, ML en
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake runs large scale cloud infrastructure to deliver its own service — production and internal deployments, Kubernetes fleets, CI/CD, etc. Our cloud spend is in billions of dollars per year. The Cloud Efficiency team builds a unified, self-serve cloud efficiency platform along with AI skills and agents that makes spend observable, attributable, governable while driving recommendations and optimization of our cloud spend. AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEER AT SNOWFLAKE YOU WILL: Design, develop, and maintain scalable platform for resource ownership registry, usage attribution, utilization measurement, and cost modeling. Build AI agents, tools and automation to enhance system monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis. Improve and optimize data ingestion, storage, and query efficiency for cloud utilization, cost and efficiency data at scale. Collaborate with teams across Snowflake to understand attribution and observability needs and implement solutions that improve operational visibility. About the Team The Startup Growth team is building the systems, programs, and automation that enable OpenAI to win startups at scale. We need to make it dramatically faster and easier to turn high-potential growth ideas into repeatable, measurable GTM motions without bespoke infrastructure for every program. About the Role The GTM Growth Programs Lead will own the shared capabilities that enable Startup GTM to incubate, launch, measure, and scale growth programs. The role will initially own credit and commercial programs while using that work to build reusable infrastructure for a broader portfolio of GTM motions.
