Key Responsibilities Support voice-of-customer, survey, and research initiatives in partnership with Client Success, Sales, and Product Gather and organize client, market, and competitive insights into structured, usable inputs that support Segment Management priorities Own ongoing tracking of competitors, market trends, and positioning updates Maintain and update competitive battlecards and internal resources Own coordination of case study development, including outreach, scheduling, and approvals Support drafting and production of case studies, testimonials, and customer stories Own and maintain a centralized library of proof points, data, and customer evidence Partner with internal teams to gather product and client performance data (adoption, usage, time-to-launch, etc.) Support product launches by gathering inputs, research, and proof and contributing to messaging development Assist in developing and updating marketing materials and supporting sales enablement Requirements 3+ years in Product Marketing, Marketing, Research, or related role Experience supporting research, content, or case study development Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to gather and structure information from multiple sources Familiarity with competitive research or market analysis Basic under
