As a Corporate Communication Senior Manager focused on Executive Communications Programs, you will build and scale Datadog's integrated thought leadership program — spanning executive communications, earned and owned channels, and events — with a focus on extending it across priority regions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll translate leadership priorities into playbooks, frameworks, and measurable programs, then run them day to day. Success hinges on connecting dots across initiatives and partner teams to find new opportunities to tell Datadog's story through our executive voices. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Partner with the Global Head of Corporate Comms to develop and execute an integrated thought leadership program with clear objectives and measurable outcomes. Build the operating framework behind the program — playbooks, cross-team coordination models, and repeatable processes that let it scale across regions. Identify opportunities to put Datadog thought leaders in front of the right audiences, including vetting speaking engagements: where we need to be, what we should be saying, and which channel (social, traditional media, stage) delivers the most impact. Work with US Comms and Social leads to augment existing campaigns and build evergreen thought leadership programs across channels. Partner with Field Marketing on event strategy and execution, with a focus on advancing our key narratives around AI and security. Develop strategic messaging for senior executives across key business moments — corporate announcements, company milestones, and other high-priority communications. Serve as the Corporate Comms "captain": keep a bird's-eye view of initiatives across the company, manage day-to-day coo

About the Team OpenAI didn’t begin as a traditional company. It began as an idea: that artificial intelligence could be developed in a way that benefits everyone. As a creative team, our role is to help make sure the work behind that idea is understood, as it leaves the lab and meets the world. This company works at the frontier of intelligence. Like any frontier, it’s unfinished, constantly shifting, and still being explored. Our job is to stay close to that uncertainty and help shape how this story gets told, in a way that feels grounded and human. We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn’t fit neatly into any of those categories yet. This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. About the Role We are seeking a Web Producer to own the execution and delivery of web projects across OpenAI.com . You’ll drive work from intake through launch, translating briefs into clear production plans, coordinating cross-functional inputs, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring every experience is accurate, polished, and delivered on time. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Design, Communications, and Engineering to operationalize web work in a fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on production role: you’ll build pages while owning the details, quality, communication, and follow-through that make launches run smoothly. This role is based in San Francisco. The role requires a hybrid schedule, with employees in the office Monday through Wednesday. In this role, you will: Own web projects from intake through launch, translating requests and creative briefs into structured production plans, managing timelines, dependencies, and handoffs, and proactively surfacing risks. Build and update pages using existing components, templates, and design systems; implement content, layouts, imagery, assets, and metadata accurately across single-page updates and multi-page launches. ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. The Growth & Engagement team owns the experiences that turn a single-player tool into a multiplayer habit: the loops that bring people back, help them find their work, and pull their colleagues into a mural. Mural's self-serve growth runs through these experiences, and engagement and retention are central to how the business grows. YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement, you will own the end-to-end self-serve experience, from a user's first touch through activation, return usage, and conversion to paid. You will treat the full funnel as one system: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, sharing, and monetization. You will run a high-tempo experimentation practice, partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and make the calls that turn occasional users into teams that rely on Mural every week. This is a role for someone who wants to own real growth outcomes, not just ship features. You will own the surfaces that decide whether Mural's self-serve engine grows. Engagement and retention here move the business directly, and you will own the full loop across growth and engagement rather than a narrow slice of it. You’ll have a rare end-to-end view of the funnel, from acquisition through in-product engagement. You will work alongside thoughtful product, design, and engineering partners who care about craft and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve growth and engagement experience, from first touch through activation and return usage Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experience Drive activation and retention by improving the moments that bring people back: home and dashboard, notifications, search, rooms and folders, comments, and more Partner closely with Marketing to connect acquisition and re-engagement with in-product activation across
