Team Overview Plaid's TechOps team is the technical foundation that is a major stakeholder in keeping the company running. We own the systems, tools, and infrastructure that every Plaid employee depends on from identity and endpoint management to help desk support, office infrastructure, and the internal tooling that powers day-to-day productivity. What sets us apart from a traditional IT team is how we approach the higher level goals we have to improve our systems and tooling over time.
