About the job Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI. We don't think the future should look like yesterday's software. Our design team works across research, engineering, and product to make new capabilities feel intuitive, fun to use, and deeply human. We're looking for a Design Lead to help lead that effort. You'll partner closely with our Chief Design Officer to shape the future of Midjourney's products while building and leading the product design team. This isn't a traditional management role. You’ll spend meaningful time designing, prototyping, reviewing work, and solving difficult product problems alongside your team. Most days you will be helping exceptional designers do the best work of their careers by building with them. If your favorite part of leadership is modeling what good looks like by collaborating and getting your hands dirty with your team, you’ll probably enjoy it here. What you'll do Work closely with the Chief Design Officer to shape the direction of Midjourney's products. Recruit, mentor, and lead the product design team. Stay close to the work by designing key product experiences and helping teams solve their hardest design problems. Partner closely with engineering and research to turn new tech into intuitive product experiences. Establish design reviews and operating rhythms that help the team do its best work. Ensure a coherent experience across Midjourney's growing portfolio of products. You might be a fit if You've spent the last decade designing software people love to use. You've led design teams, but you still want to be in Figma every day. You're as comfortable thinking through product strategy as you are refining a single interaction. You work well with engineers and like building things that don't have established playbooks. You care about craft and iterate

Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team We design the products founders and finance teams use to understand their business and grow it. That spans two connected areas. Data Products covers analytics, database, and data pipeline. These are the surfaces where a business asks questions of its own Stripe data and gets answers Ecosystems and Startups covers Atlas, the App Marketplace, and the Business Network. These are how a company incorporates, connects to the tools around it, and transacts with other businesses on Stripe What you’ll do This role sits at the intersection of building trust in the internet economy, platform design, and new product creation, making it one of the most strategically important design opportunities at Stripe. It’s a strong fit for a designer who is energized by ambiguity, motivated by impact, and excited to shape both shared systems used across Stripe and net-new products. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements 10+ years of design experience at a tech, product-driven company A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end design, including a strong understanding of AI tools Experience leading complex product work in close partnership with product management engineering, and design leadership Experience shaping ambiguo

B2B go-to-market software has historically been where design ambition goes to die. The tools are powerful but joyless. Dense, generic, admin-heavy, and built for process more than delight. Meanwhile, the best product companies have raised everyone’s expectations for what business software can feel like: fast, opinionated, elegant, and genuinely useful. AI gives us a chance to rebuild the category from first principles. Mutiny is building the agentic GTM platform that helps revenue teams create the work they need to win. Sellers and marketers should not have to wait on five internal teams to move a deal forward. They should have a bench of AI teammates that understands the account, knows what good looks like, and gets sharper every week. We’re looking for a founding staff designer to define what that feels like. This is not a role where you plug into a mature design system, clean product rituals, or a settled category. You’ll help invent the product language for AI-native GTM software: the interaction model, the creative standards, the feedback loops, the system, and the taste bar for what the agent produces. The design problem Our job is to make AI output that a great seller, marketer, or designer would actually be proud to put in front of a million-dollar account. That requires more than a chat box. It requires data, memory, taste, brand intelligence, workflow design, and a UI simple enough for every rep to use daily but powerful enough to support an entire revenue motion. Some of the questions you’ll help answer How should a seller direct an agent without becoming the agent’s project manager? How do we make generated work feel on-brand without making it dull? What does editing look like when the object is not a static page, but an intelligent system that can regenerate, revise, explain, and learn? How do we give users confidence and control without burying them in settings? How do we turn taste into a system the product can improve over time? What you’ll work on P

What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most design hires inherit a system. You'll build it. As a founding designer, you'll partner with the founders and engineering to define how Mutiny looks, feels, and behaves, from the first interaction with the creative agent to the final published asset. They have high standards and strong opinions and you'll hear from them constantly. The patterns you set become the shared language for what AI-native GTM software feels like. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own The end-to-end product. From the first interaction with the creative agent to the final published asset. Design new surfaces, rethink existing ones, and figure out which tedious parts of GTM work AI should take over so customers spend their time being strategic. The creative agent's output. The work the agent produces matters as much as the surface around it. Partner with engineering on better defaults, smarter constraints, and stronger adherence to brand guidelines. An AI that's genuinely creative and knows how to color inside the lines when it needs to. Taste as a system. Curate what good looks like. Build the feedback loops that make the model's output sharper every week. Decide what ships and what doesn't. The design system. Components, patterns, and guardrails that let prod

About Novo Small businesses are the backbone of the US economy — nearly half of GDP and the private workforce — yet big banks don't give owners the access, assistance, or modern tools they need to grow. We started Novo to change that. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the modern entrepreneur by building the go-to banking platform for small businesses. Novo is a fintech, not a bank. We give entrepreneurs, freelancers, and SMBs an operating system for their money: no-fee business checking, debit and credit cards, loans and funding, payments across every rail (ACH, wires, FedNow), invoicing, bill pay, expense management, and integrations with the tools they already run their business on. We've helped hundreds of thousands of businesses get powerfully simple banking, and we're just getting started. Why Novo? A mission-driven team building for the people big banks pretend don't exist Real ownership: we make decisions that affect real businesses every day, and we trust people to act on that A flat culture where ideas win on merit — hierarchy is not authority Modern stack, modern tooling, and a team that takes AI seriously as part of how we work Competitive salary and stock options for every full-time employee Medical, dental, and vision coverage Learning and development budget Offices in NYC and India, with Wednesday team lunches that rotate cuisines The Role We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to be the highest-leverage individual contributor on our product design team. You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous design problems at Novo — the ones that cut across checking, payments, credit, and invoicing, and across web, iOS, and Android — and you'll set the bar for what great looks like for everyone else. This is not a management role. It is a role with real authority over the quality and coherence of the product. You'll partner directly with product leads, engineering leads, data, and compliance to shape what we build, not just how it looks. You'll multiply the t
