An overview of this role As an AI Transformation Owner at GitLab, you'll shape your function's AI strategy and build the solutions that deliver it. You are the person responsible for identifying where AI can fundamentally change how your org operates, partnering with your Executive Sponsor to align on the biggest challenges, and driving measurable outcomes against them. Think of this as a product management role where the product is your org's way of working. You'll manage the full lifecycle: understanding how work flows today, deciding where AI should reshape it, prioritizing what gets built and in what order, and ensuring what

The way products get built is changing. Agents write a growing share of shipped interfaces, designers work in code, and a design system's output is bigger than a component library. At Datadog we're redefining ours for that world, and evolving how the product looks and feels at the same time. DRUIDS is the design system behind every Datadog surface, used daily by more than a hundred designers and thousands of engineers across thirty-plus products. You'll lead the team that owns it: designers and design engineers who set the system's direction, hold the quality bar for what ships, and build the tools that make designing in code the default way to work. The team partners closely with product designers, frontend engineers and PMs across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role in a technical, engineering-forward company. You'll be expected to have a point of view and defend it, to be the person the design org asks about quality, and to make the call when work isn't good enough yet. Much of what a design system should be right now hasn't been settled — here or anywhere else. If you're a designer who never stopped making things, and you'd rather decide what a system should be than maintain one that already exists, this is the role. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Lead the team and set its direction Decide what DRUIDS owns, what it ships, and what stays with product teams. Own where the system goes next. Have a view on what a design system should be, and argue for it. Turn direction into a roadmap, and work with partners on what gets built and when. Coach the designers and design engineers on your team, be clear about what each person owns, and hire as the team grows. Own craft and quality Own the craft and quality of components, patterns,

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience at Vanta, you will define how AI agents help security and compliance teams accomplish meaningful work with greater clarity, control, and trust across Vanta and the surfaces where our customers already work. The Agent Experience team builds agent-led experiences that help security and compliance teams achieve outcomes with less manual effort. The team owns the agent harness, including agents, skills, tools, and memory, as well as the patterns that help customers understand, guide, review, correct, and trust agent-generated work. Our goal is to make AI-powered workflows useful, transparent, and dependable in a product where clarity and correctness matter. As a Senior Product Designer on this team, you will shape both the underlying agent experience and the customer-facing workflows built on top of it. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, AI Quality, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguous problems into thoughtful, scalable, and trustworthy experiences. The patterns you establish will influence product teams across Vanta. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience at Vanta: Lead end-to-end design for projects across the agent harness, from problem framing and discovery through launch and iteration. Define how agents, skills, tools, and memory are composed, surfaced, and understood by customers. Design experiences that help customers delegate real security and compliance work while maintaining visibility, control, and confidence. Create patterns for reviewing, correcting, approving, interrupting, and recovering from agent-generated work. De

You’ll work across immediate product needs and ambitious zero-to-one opportunities, from age-appropriate safety systems to tools for learning and group work. A high craft bar is imperative. You’ll be expected to pair exceptional interaction and visual design with deep product thinking—turning complex questions around safety, learning, and institutional needs into experiences that feel clear, trustworthy, and engaging. This is a highly generative role for someone who can move from early exploration to concrete, high-fidelity product direction. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, research, safety, policy, and design to establish durable patterns for a space that is still being defined. This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. We offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role you will: Establish an exceptionally high standard for craft across OpenAI’s youth and education experiences. Lead end-to-end design for products that help young people use AI safely, confidently, and productively. Design clear, age-appropriate experiences for safety, age assurance, and other sensitive or high-trust interactions. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Codex team plays a key role in this by changing how software gets built and who can build it. The team is a fast-moving group within OpenAI that works across research, engineering, product, and design to build an AI software engineer. One that you can pair with, delegate to, or even ask to take on future tasks proactively. Design plays a critical role here. To succeed in our mission, it’s crucial that we make coding agents intuitive and accessible. We’re hiring a product designer to create products that are easy to use, beautiful, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. As an early team member, you’ll have a huge part in shaping our product direction and design culture. About the Role As a product designer on Codex, you’ll collaborate closely with a small team of product designers and cross-functional partners to shape the future of coding. You’ll partner closely with world-class engineers and researchers to bring cutting-edge capabilities into the hands of developers. Much of the work is 0–1, requiring you to balance a high-bar for craft, fast iteration, and strong product intuition. You’ll work on the end-to-end design of new features and improvements across a range of Codex products. You’ll help chart our course into the future as we evolve our technology, product, and design paradigms. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Contribute to the overall design and product direction of OpenAI products. Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and visuals. Partner closely with engineering, product management, research, and design peers to define both long-term strategy and short-term tactics. Engage in user research to better understand our users (sof

About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Design Systems team creates the foundations that help teams across OpenAI build coherent, high-quality experiences at scale. Accessibility is fundamental to that work. We’re building the shared standards, components, tools, and practices that make inclusive experiences the default across OpenAI’s products and platforms. About the Role In this role, you’ll lead OpenAI’s company-wide accessibility program from within Design Foundations. You’ll pair strategy and organizational influence with hands-on product design—advocating for disabled people, removing barriers across complete customer journeys, and establishing durable ownership throughout the company. This is an opportunity to define accessibility for a new generation of products spanning web, mobile, desktop, voice, AI, and hardware. You’ll help teams consider the many ways people perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with technology, going beyond minimum compliance to create experiences that are genuinely useful and inclusive. Working across design, engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and legal, you’ll make accessibility an expected part of product quality—not a final review or the responsibility of a single expert. This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. We offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role you will: Define OpenAI’s accessibility strategy, roadmap, governance, priorities, and measures of progress. Design and ship accessible experiences while identifying systemic barriers across complete customer journeys. Build accessibility into our design system through inclusive components, tokens, interaction patterns, Figma libraries, documentation, and engineering guardrails. Center disabled people through participatory research, usability studies, and assistive-technology testing rather than relying solely on assumptions, simulations, or automated tools. Des
