ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. The Growth & Engagement team owns the experiences that turn a single-player tool into a multiplayer habit: the loops that bring people back, help them find their work, and pull their colleagues into a mural. Mural's self-serve growth runs through these experiences, and engagement and retention are central to how the business grows. YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement, you will own the end-to-end self-serve experience, from a user's first touch through activation, return usage, and conversion to paid. You will treat the full funnel as one system: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, sharing, and monetization. You will run a high-tempo experimentation practice, partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and make the calls that turn occasional users into teams that rely on Mural every week. This is a role for someone who wants to own real growth outcomes, not just ship features. You will own the surfaces that decide whether Mural's self-serve engine grows. Engagement and retention here move the business directly, and you will own the full loop across growth and engagement rather than a narrow slice of it. You’ll have a rare end-to-end view of the funnel, from acquisition through in-product engagement. You will work alongside thoughtful product, design, and engineering partners who care about craft and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve growth and engagement experience, from first touch through activation and return usage Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experience Drive activation and retention by improving the moments that bring people back: home and dashboard, notifications, search, rooms and folders, comments, and more Partner closely with Marketing to connect acquisition and re-engagement with in-product activation across

ABOUT THE TEAM Mural’s Admin & Security portfolio owns the experiences that let organizations adopt, govern, and measure the value of Mural at enterprise scale. The portfolio spans three domains: Admin & Identity Management, Enterprise Security, & Customer Insights. This role leads Customer Insights and supercharges it into a surface that turns Mural’s product data into the narratives that drive renewals, fund expansion, and prove the ROI of collaboration to Admins and buyers. YOUR MISSION Own the Customer Insights product area end-to-end. Build the user facing experiences and the data foundation to turn raw data into shared, clear, and actionable narratives. Define Mural’s POV on what AI-native insights look like as the category shifts from static dashboards to proactive, conversational, agentic interfaces. You’ll work across three layers in parallel: The canonical usage data layer: This is the foundation that powers Company Insights today and needs to be deliberately built and enriched so other surfaces such as engagement, growth, AI, can consume it tomorrow. The customer-facing surface: This is how the data is presented in-product, whether it’s on an insights page, a dashboard, scheduled and ad hoc reporting, audit logs, or APIs that can be consumed by Admins, end users, execs, and Mural teams. The AI-native expansion: How Mural incorporates natural language queries, agentic workflows, and proactive analytics to evolve and extend the insights surface. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Customer Insights from data model through customer-facing experience Define the usage data layer in partnership with Engineering and Data including the metrics that anchor renewal and expansion narratives Evolve customer-accessible audit logs to be enterprise ready Define Mural's POV on AI-native insights and ship the first set of AI-powered capabilities on this surface Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate insights into the n

Who are we? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! Why this role? Cohere has a strong AI narrative, the most deployable product, and a CEO who co-authored the foundational paper of modern AI. The company is positioned to become the transatlantic leader in sovereign AI for enterprise and government, and needs a storytelling engine to deliver that story at scale. This role sits within the team that is building that engine. This is an opportunity to define the narratives that influence how enterprises, developers, and the broader ecosystem understand the future of AI and Cohere’s role in building it. In this cross‑functional, individual‑contributor role, you’ll partner deeply with product, research, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to translate complex technical work into clear, compelling stories. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring the next generation of product managers. AI has collapsed the work that used to sit between an idea and a working version of it, and for the first time, PMs can be true builders. The PMs who win in this era do not manage the work. They build the product, every day, with their own hands. A Senior Product Manager owns a meaningful surface of ClickUp and is accountable for whether it gets better. You decide what to build and why, then go build a working version of it. You prototype in Cursor and Claude when an idea is faster shown than written. You live in the data and the customer signal, and the time between spotting a problem and having something people can react to is measured in days, not weeks. The PMs who compound the most impact at this level are the ones who keep finding leverage that did not exist last quarter. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a defined product surface, balancing near-term wins with longer-horizon investments. Run continuous discovery. Building and using agents to monitor and synthesize that part of your job. Write sharp PRDs and specs that give engineering and design what they need to move fast without ambiguity. Define success metrics before you build, track them after you ship, and iterate when outcomes do not match expectations. Prototype your own ideas using Cursor, Claude Code, and our Prototype Playground. Show the concept before filing the ticket. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM without needing to be managed through the process. Present your roadmap and results clearly

You own a problem space that spans multiple surfaces, or one so foundational that getting it right shapes how everything else at ClickUp works. You still build. The strategy is sharper because you are prototyping the cross-cutting workflow yourself, reading data wherever it shows up, and sitting on customer calls that span the whole problem. You scale impact by inventing leverage that other PMs adopt, wiring up AI workflows that keep you current on more signals than any one person could manually track. The scope is wide on purpose, and you find new ways to cover it. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define and own a cross-functional problem space or a foundational platform area whose quality shapes outcomes across multiple product surfaces. Drive strategic alignment across product areas. Identify the decisions that unblock the most work and make them. Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, support trends, and partner feedback across your entire scope, not just your immediate surface. Prototype cross-cutting workflows and concepts yourself. The strategy is more credible when you have already tested it. Identify leverage and share it. Build AI workflows, frameworks, and patterns that other PMs on the team can adopt. Mentor and

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to grow Replit’s core creation products, including Design and Slides. These products already give people new ways to turn an idea into something they can see, share, and use. Your job is to help more people discover them, understand when to use them, and make them part of their regular workflow. You’ll own the connection between the product and its audiences: developing positioning grounded in customer needs, leading launches, finding channels that can drive sustained adoption, tracking the competitive landscape, and bringing market feedback back to Product. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Growth, Brand, and Creative. It is a hands-on role for someone who can develop the strategy, write the narrative, and get the work into the market. What You'll Do Own the positioning and growth strategy for Replit’s core products, including Design and Slides. Develop audience-focused narratives, identify new use cases and channels, bring product improvements to market, and build programs that drive adoption, engagement, and conversion. Track competitors and customer needs, then translate those insights into sharper messaging, stronger go-to-market decisions, and actionable feedback for Product and Engineering. Required Skills & Experience Self-starter: You take ownership, work through ambiguity, and move from strategy to execution without waiting for a perfect brief. Audience-focused: You turn customer insight into clear positioning, relevant narratives, and campaigns built for specific audiences. Growth-minded: You find creative ways to expand adoption, test new channels and tactics, and turn successful experiments into repeatable programs.
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role We're looking for an AI-native product growth lead to own Replit's entire paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing engine as the single DRI. This is an IC role for someone who builds systems, not just campaigns. Someone who uses AI and automation aggressively to do what traditionally requires an entire team. You don't need an engineering background. You need the instinct to build: when you see a repetitive task, you reach for Replit or an API before you reach for a spreadsheet. You'll have data science and data engineering partners for infrastructure and modeling, and brand marketing will set creative direction. Your job is to turn that direction into a closed-loop optimization system: a self-improving system that turns performance data into better creative, optimizes spend across channels in near-real-time, and compounds every insight so nothing learned is ever lost. Each cycle, the system gets smarter. That's the engine you'll build and own. The ideal candidate has deep channel expertise across paid search, paid social, and lifecycle, but their real edge is building AI-powered workflows that scale creative production, automate measurement, and compound institutional knowledge. You Will Own full-funnel performance marketing across paid search & social, ASO, and lifecycle Build a self-improving creative engine: AI-driven ad generation, testing, and iteration that scales without scaling headcount Maintain a persistent knowledge layer so every experiment, result, and creative insight compounds automatically into the next cycle Own conversion signal quality end-to-end: right events, right audiences, right attribution, partnering with DE on the infrastructure Run a structured experimentation program wher
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role As a Product Engineer, you’ll take emerging ideas from concept to polished experiences. You’ll build sophisticated, intuitive user experiences while working across AI models, agentic workflows, and all parts of web infrastructure to ship complete products. The Goal: Build products that can define major new categories for Replit. You will combine the flexibility of software with the accessibility of presentations, spreadsheets, dashboards, and visual editors, enabling anyone to create powerful, interactive artifacts through natural language. The Audience: We build for the next generation of creators, knowledge workers, and high-leverage teams. Our users should be able to turn an idea, dataset, or business problem into a polished, editable, and shareable product just by themselves. Candidates who thrive here often have the product judgment, technical range, and ownership mindset associated with founders. This is a high-visibility role working closely with product leadership. How we work Structure: We operate as a collective of in-house technical founders, not narrowly specialized engineers. Initiatives are run by lean, autonomous teams built for velocity and technical leverage. Engineers maintain meaningful ownership over technical direction, product quality, and launch success, supported by Product and Design partners. Cadence: We work in focused three-week sprints, shipping quickly, observing real user behavior, and incorporating feedback into each iteration. We value decisive execution, thoughtful experimentation, and the ability to make progress without perfectly defined requirements.
