POSITION SUMMARY CVS Health is seeking a ServiceNow Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Service Management organization within Solutions Architecture & Infrastructure Platforms. The ServiceNow Scrum Master plays a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of ServiceNow products and platform capabilities by driving Agile excellence, facilitating collaboration, and fostering high-performing teams that deliver business value at scale. As a ServiceNow Scrum Master, you will serve as the Agile leader for one or more ServiceNow product teams, guiding the execution of strategic initiatives across the ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution, removing delivery impediments, and coaching teams on Agile best practices to improve delivery predictability, quality, and operational effectiveness. The ServiceNow Scrum Master works closely with Product Owners, ServiceNow process owners, architects, developers, engagement managers, and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable work plans. Position Summary As a pharmacy technician, you will be responsible for many aspects of the mail order prescription process. You may be assigned to work in all areas of the dispensing pharmacy including product selection, packing and shipping. Tech L1, Dispensing team members are expected to perform any of the following functions: manual filling and packing, fill medications for automated machines, Quality Sampling of medications from automated machine, packing orders using automated packing machinery. As a Tech L1 you may be asked to support the shipping handler functions such as manually metering packages and placement of packages to be sorted for shipment. As a Pharmacy Technician, you must possess basic computer proficiency and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. This position requires standing throughout the entire shift. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction across all levels of staff. Success in this role also depends on demonstrating a high degree of reliability, professionalism, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
