At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As the Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery at Vanta, you will be responsible for driving the ongoing development of integrations across categories, driving direct customer impact through new integrations and expanded capabilities. Vanta currently manages a catalog of over 430 integrations that help customers continuously monitor their compliance and generate the evidence needed to satisfy audit. You’ll drive planning and delivery for a wide range of integration categories and capabilities, such as HRIS/IDP systems, cloud and security platforms, and ticketing systems, building on top of the integrations platform. This role requires cross-team collaboration, some technical fluency, and strong frameworks and prioritization. You’ll be part of Vanta’s Automation group, which owns how customers discover and connect to other platforms through integrations, use that data to power product experiences and tests, drive customers toward compliance-related security outcomes, and ultimately generate the evidence required for audit. You will operate in a few different modes to build your roadmap, balancing direction from other product teams, customer input, and your own prioritization framework to make the right investments. Plus, you will get wide exposure to most parts of Vanta’s products. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery at Vanta: Manage the integrations development roadmap, determining which new integrations and capabilities are built based on inputs from other product teams, customers, business goals, and your own prioritization. Pair closely with engineering and design counterparts to prioritiz

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Staff Product Manager, AI Foundations at Vanta, you will build the core AI capabilities that power Vanta’s AI product experiences: the agent harness our agents are built on, and the quality and evaluation stack that makes them trustworthy. The AI pillar is making Vanta the intelligence layer for security and compliance work, wherever that work starts. We build the AI products and foundations that work across Vanta: a cohesive first-party Vanta Agent experience, headless surfaces like MCP and CLI that bring Vanta into tools like Claude Code and Codex, and the shared capabilities that let every team ship high-trust AI products. This role sits behind Vanta’s customer-facing AI experiences. Today, every team shipping AI features has to answer the same hard questions on their own: how to define quality, how to evaluate it, and how to know a change is safe to ship. You will turn those answers into shared foundations, so the AI experiences our customers rely on get better and more trustworthy over time. What you’ll do as a Staff Product Manager, AI Foundations at Vanta: Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s core AI capabilities: the agent harness and the AI quality and evaluation stack Live in agent traces to build intuition for how customers actually use our AI products, and turn that into the highest-leverage improvements Make Vanta’s AI products win on quality: build golden datasets, automated evaluators aligned to expert judgment, and self-serve tooling so PMs, subject-matter experts, and designers can run evals without an engineer in the loop Scale the agent harness: shape the core capabilities Vanta’s agents are built on

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As the Senior Product Manager, Design Systems at Vanta, you'll own the product strategy and roadmap for how every team builds Vanta's interface. Your mission is to build the horizontal tooling that lets product, engineering, and design teams create consistent, high-quality user experiences faster, so they can spend more of their time on their customers. To be successful, you’ll need to have a high level of product taste and be able to set and hold the line for high quality and easy to use products. All while working closely with your engineering and design manager partners. You'll be part of Vanta's Platform organization, which builds the foundational primitives and craft layer the rest of the product is built on. This is the first dedicated Design Systems PM role at Vanta, so you'll help shape the function itself, not just the roadmap. It's a high-autonomy, highly cross-functional role at the center of how Vanta looks, feels, and scales. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Design Systems at Vanta: Own the vision and roadmap for the frontend, spanning the design system and the front-end platform, and ladder durable platform investments to company initiatives so design and engineering can focus on customers. Evolve our design system from a broad component library into smaller, composable building blocks with consistent APIs, including making components first-class for AI and LLM-driven experiences. Drive accessibility and internationalization programs to their committed milestones, including global-scale localization and meeting accessibility standards. Partner with our AI team to enable the agentic patterns product team

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Customers increasingly use AI agents like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and internal Slack agents to run their business processes, and security and compliance work is no exception. For those agents to do that work, they need access to Vanta’s trust graph and intelligence layer. Vanta is building for that world: security and compliance products that customers can use through Vanta, through third-party agent platforms, and inside their own internal tools. As Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem, you will own Vanta’s external agent surfaces: MCP, CLI, and plugins in marketplaces like Claude Code, Codex, and ChatGPT. Your job is to make Vanta the trusted compliance layer that agents rely on. You will define the strategy, ship the products, and own the outcomes. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem at Vanta: Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s agent ecosystem products. Define how agents discover, access, and safely use Vanta capabilities, partnering with the platform teams that own APIs and authentication. Hold outcome parity as a product principle: work a customer can complete in Vanta should be possible through MCP, CLI, and plugin surfaces too. Lead marketplace and plugin launches, aligning product, engineering, legal, security, and go-to-market around each one. Partner with engineering and design to ship secure, reliable developer products. Build the developer-facing marketing motion: external agent documentation and customer stories that show what MCP and CLI users have unlocked. Partner with the product partnerships and alliances team on co-marketing with agent platforms like Anthropic and OpenAI,

We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As Vanta expands upmarket, we have a unique opportunity to redefine how security and compliance programs are operated, while giving customers the flexibility to run their programs their way, especially in an AI-powered world. GRC Platform is a new team at the center of this effort, building the foundational capabilities that enable mid-market and enterprise customers to operate their GRC programs efficiently and at scale with Vanta. As the Senior Product Manager for GRC Platform, you will own core platform capabilities and primitives that customers rely on every day and that power critical GRC workflows—such as search, imports, exports, custom fields, and approval workflows. You will evolve these capabilities into more intelligent, agentic experiences that are increasingly flexible, automated, and adaptive, helping customers save time, reduce cognitive load, and focus on higher-value work. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, GRC Platform at Vanta: Own the GRC Platform strategy and roadmap, delivering platform primitives and customer facing features leveraged across Vanta’s GRC product Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company. Partner closely with teams across GRC to develop a deep understanding of customer needs, identify opportunities for platform leverage, and translate those insights into intuitive, agentic experiences that solve critical user needs. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta for Government (V4G) is how we bring that mission to the public sector. As federal compliance undergoes its biggest shift in a decade — FedRAMP 20x, machine-readable authorization, OSCAL — we're building the platform that turns federal frameworks into automated, continuously monitored product experiences. The GRC Subject Matter Experts on this team are the people who make that possible. As Vanta's GRC Subject Matter Expert for V4G , you'll own federal compliance content used by every customer pursuing or maintaining federal authorization on our platform. This is an interpretation-and-authoring role, not a compliance program administration role: your job is to interpret underlying control requirements, identify where FedRAMP modifies or constrains the NIST framework, and translate those interpretations into precise, technically testable guidance that engineering can build and customers can act on. The content you write ships as product — a five-person startup and a Fortune 100 CSP both receive it — so calibrating depth, precision, and universality is the core craft. You'll join Vanta's Security organization, which directly influences product development, facilitates the creation of automated GRC solutions for customers, and provides expert advisory services across the company. What you’ll do as a V4G GRC SME at Vanta: Build and own federal compliance frameworks — Lead the creation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of controls, evidence requirements, and implementation guidance for FedRAMP (Low/Moderate/High), NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and StateRAMP. ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. The Growth & Engagement team owns the experiences that turn a single-player tool into a multiplayer habit: the loops that bring people back, help them find their work, and pull their colleagues into a mural. Mural's self-serve growth runs through these experiences, and engagement and retention are central to how the business grows. YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement, you will own the end-to-end self-serve experience, from a user's first touch through activation, return usage, and conversion to paid. You will treat the full funnel as one system: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, sharing, and monetization. You will run a high-tempo experimentation practice, partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and make the calls that turn occasional users into teams that rely on Mural every week. This is a role for someone who wants to own real growth outcomes, not just ship features. You will own the surfaces that decide whether Mural's self-serve engine grows. Engagement and retention here move the business directly, and you will own the full loop across growth and engagement rather than a narrow slice of it. You’ll have a rare end-to-end view of the funnel, from acquisition through in-product engagement. You will work alongside thoughtful product, design, and engineering partners who care about craft and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve growth and engagement experience, from first touch through activation and return usage Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experience Drive activation and retention by improving the moments that bring people back: home and dashboard, notifications, search, rooms and folders, comments, and more Partner closely with Marketing to connect acquisition and re-engagement with in-product activation across

YOUR MISSION Own the Customer Insights product area end-to-end. Build the user facing experiences and the data foundation to turn raw data into shared, clear, and actionable narratives. Define Mural’s POV on what AI-native insights look like as the category shifts from static dashboards to proactive, conversational, agentic interfaces. You’ll work across three layers in parallel: The canonical usage data layer: This is the foundation that powers Company Insights today and needs to be deliberately built and enriched so other surfaces such as engagement, growth, AI, can consume it tomorrow. The customer-facing surface: This is how the data is presented in-product, whether it’s on an insights page, a dashboard, scheduled and ad hoc reporting, audit logs, or APIs that can be consumed by Admins, end users, execs, and Mural teams. The AI-native expansion: How Mural incorporates natural language queries, agentic workflows, and proactive analytics to evolve and extend the insights surface. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Customer Insights from data model through customer-facing experience Define the usage data layer in partnership with Engineering and Data including the metrics that anchor renewal and expansion narratives Evolve customer-accessible audit logs to be enterprise ready Define Mural's POV on AI-native insights and ship the first set of AI-powered capabilities on this surface Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate insights into the n
