About the Team OpenAI is building the next generation of advertising for an AI-powered world. As AI changes how people discover information, explore possibilities, and make decisions, we believe this presents a huge opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses to connect with customers in new ways. The SMB Ads Marketing team is building this opportunity from the ground up. We define how businesses discover OpenAI’s advertising platform, become successful advertisers, and grow their investment over time. Working closely with Product, Ads Engineering, Data Science, and Sales, we combine customer insight, rigorous experimentation, and fast execution to turn early opportunities into scalable growth. About the Role We are looking for an Audience & Content Growth Lead to build the global content and education programs that inspire, inform and engage SMB advertisers. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to shape how small businesses discover and understand advertising with OpenAI. You will turn customer needs, product capabilities and advertiser success stories into compelling content—from webinars and educational video series to case studies, industry-specific playbooks and creator-led programs. The role combines two areas of ownership: developing content specifically for SMB audiences and building effective ways to distribute it. You will lead programs directly while partnering with teams that own web, social, lifecycle marketing, growth and regional channels to reach the right audiences at scale. Success means building an engaged SMB audience and helping businesses move from awareness to understanding, confidence and action. In This Role, You Will Set the global SMB content strategy and editorial roadmap, grounded in customer needs, industry priorities, and advertiser maturity. About the Team Enterprise Marketing helps the world’s largest organizations understand, adopt, and scale AI. Our Executive Engagement programs bring OpenAI’s products, research, and perspective into the room with senior leaders as they consider how intelligence can be put to work against their most important priorities. These engagements are more than briefings or events. At their best, they help a leadership team understand what is changing, distinguish what is possible now from what is still emerging, and leave with greater clarity about what to do next. About the Role We are looking for a senior product marketer to shape how OpenAI’s products, research, and point of view come together in our most important executive customer conversations. You will shape the product-marketing strategy and narrative for these engagements, bringing together customer priorities, product truth, market context, and evidence to clarify what matters and help senior leaders understand what AI makes possible for their organizations. You will personally shape our highest-priority engagements while building narrative frameworks, proof, and resources that raise the quality of executive conversations across the enterprise business. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for an exceptional enterprise product marketer who wants their judgment and craft to remain close to the work. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Research, Solutions, and OpenAI executives. You will help determine not only how we communicate our work, but which ideas matter, what evidence makes them credible, and how customer insight should improve what we do next. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid model of three days in the office each week and offer relocation assistance. Given the customer-facing nature of the role, regular in-person participation in executive briefings and related preparation is expected and may require additional time onsite. In this role, y
