About Datalab Datalab trains models that read documents reliably at scale. The world's most important information is trapped in PDFs, scans, and files that can't easily be parsed, and getting it out correctly matters. From frontier AI labs processing training data to Fortune 500s like Siemens extracting decades of engineering records, Datalab is where businesses turn to when extraction has to be right. We're at an 8-figure run rate with a team of 7. Anthropic is a customer. And we have hundreds more across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. We're looking for a Founding Business Operations hire to find where the business is straining and fix it — designing, running, and improving the operational machinery underneath a fast-scaling company. This is a true generalist role, and the target will move as we scale. You'll own whatever the highest-leverage operational gap is at a given moment. Right now, that's our revenue and metrics layer: our pipeline and customer data need a real owner, inbound leads need to be captured and followed up reliably, and leadership needs consistent visibility into how the business and our launches are performing. That's where you'll start and where you'll have the most impact in your first few months. In two or three months the biggest gap may be somewhere else entirely — and you'll be the kind of person who's energized by that, not unsettled by it. You'll work directly with leadership and partner across sales, engineering, research, finance, and our Chief of Staff. If you're ambitious, analytical, and organized, this is a uniquely rewarding opportunity to help build an AI business from the ground up. Day to day: A typical week might

From frontier AI labs processing training data to Fortune 500s like Siemens extracting decades of engineering records, Datalab is where businesses turn to when extraction has to be right. We’re at an 8-figure run rate with a team of 7. Anthropic is a customer. And we have hundreds more across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. Our tools, Chandra, Surya, Marker, and Lift, have 70,000+ GitHub stars and broad developer mindshare. We're backed by founding members of OpenAI, FAIR, and Hugging Face. Role Overview We're hiring our founding GTM - someone who can run the full cycle of sales; sourcing leads, managing the sales process, and closing deals, all while building the playbook that future hires will run on. Datalab makes document AI infrastructure that powers extraction at scale. We're at 8-figure revenue, and have grown revenue >5x YoY, with a team of 7. Anthropic uses Datalab. So do hundreds of other companies across FAANG, frontier AI labs, financial services, insurance, logistics, healthcare, and government. Our open-source projects (Marker, Surya, Chandra) have 60k+ stars and wide community adoption. Sales today is founder-led. The goal of this role is to build a real sales motion on top of that foundation - outbound, ICP definition, enterprise process, and the playbook itself. You won’t be selling alone - engineers and the founder are heavily involved in the sales process, and the whole company pitches in to unblock deals and support customers. This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role. We have standard pricing in some areas and open questions in others. We have strong signals about who our best customers are, but ICP isn't fully defined. You'll work alongside the founder and our GTM team to figure those th
AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Lovable , Ramp , Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We recently raised a $355M Series C at a $4.65B valuation, led by General Catalyst and Redpoint Ventures. We've crossed $300M+ ARR and grown fivefold since September. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g., Seaborn , Luig i ), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. About the Role: As a Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead and scale our enterprise sales team, driving strategic revenue growth with a consultative, customer-first approach. You will oversee complex deal cycles, coach Enterprise Account Executives, and build the motion that wins high-impact, multi-stakeholder deals in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance, strategic thinking, and collaboration Own and guide the full enterprise sales cycle, from targeted outbound and discovery to multi-threaded navigation, negotiation, and close Build and refine enterprise sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, and forecasting models that increase accuracy and velocity Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align on go-to-market strategy, unblock en

As an Engineering Manager II at Datadog, you will own a significant portion of the Logs business — one of Datadog's largest and most strategic products, with major growth opportunities still ahead. Sitting at the table where strategy is defined, you will drive execution across a ~30-person engineering org at an exciting moment of product evolution where AI is pushing us to rethink how we handle observability data. This is a high-scope role for someone energized by hard problems, eager to grow at the intersection of business and engineering excellence, and driven to build a product that radically transforms how engineering teams around the world operate and resolve incidents. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Own the success of the Logs business for your scope — co-define the Logs technical roadmap and product vision with Product, Design, and peer leadership. You will blend an understanding of customers, markets, and revenue drivers with deep engineering rigor to deliver our core vision Act as a key collaborator across Datadog, building strong partnerships with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure a highly reliable, scalable and performant product. Invest in the next generation of engineering leaders — growing your managers, expanding their impact, and building a high-performing engineering organization where people continuously develop and thrive. Foster a culture of ambition and resilience — where people lean into hard problems

Today, organizations struggle to ensure their most important digital experiences are working as intended because observability data is scattered across products and siloed in logical layers of their technical stack. We're building the system that fixes this: Journey Monitoring, a single centralized hub that brings together Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetics, and Product Analytics to bridge the gap between system health and user success. You'd be building a product that establishes a new functional observability layer, enabling teams to auto-discover journeys, track conversions and uptime side-by-side, and trace root causes across their full stack without cross-team handoffs. What you'll do: Drive the product vision and roadmap spanning the Journey Monitoring hub, including the journey map, details reports, automatically inferred journeys, and cross-product data federation. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and other PMs across the Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) products. Deeply understand the needs of distinct key personas: SREs and engineers (who monitor uptime and troubleshoot technical performance), product managers (who track conversion and investigate behavioral drop-offs), and business leaders (who care about outcomes and revenue impact). Design the functional observability layer that makes end-to-end flow monitoring intuitive — including the auto-discovery of user journeys from real traffic, Experience Level Objectives (XLOs), and seamless Bits AI integrations for automated root-cause investigations. Define how behavioral data and technical data come together to automatically surface whether a drop in conversion is caused by a technical failure (like a breached SLO) or a behavioral friction point. Engage directly with early customers and internal dogfooding users to iterate on usability, refine the journey map, and optimize the cross-sell and up-sell paths for

This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in technical accounting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to Datadog's continued growth. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. Our GTM Engineering team plays a critical role in building and maintaining the connective tissue across Baseten’s GTM tools, processes, and user experience for the field. The GTM tooling landscape is changing fast, and the teams that win are the ones that adapt and iterate the fastest. This role exists to make sure Baseten is one of them. You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale our GTM functions as a competitive advantage. We want someone who can walk in, audit what we have, identify what we're missing, and start shipping fast. You know when to reach for Clay and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Most companies have more GTM ideas than they can reliably execute. Launching a new motion still requires manual targeting, weeks of enablement, seller coordination, and messy measurement. Learnings live in people's heads. When something works — or stops working — the playbook doesn't change fast enough. Ramp is building the AI platform that GTM runs on — a ground-up application layer where agents handle execution, playbooks encode institutional knowledge, and every interaction feeds a learning loop that makes the system smarter each cycle. We're operating at the frontier of what agents can do in a real enterprise context, and the problems are unsolved: reliable background execution at scale, human-agent collaboration that earns trust, and feedback loops that turn raw GTM signal into a compounding organizational advantage. As a PM for Revenue, you'll own the data and execution layer that makes the GTM platform work: the scoring and routing systems that get the right accounts to the right people, the data infrastructure and acquisitions

VTS runs a complex, high-volume revenue motion — Salesforce CPQ feeding NetSuite via middleware, with mid-contract amendments involving upsells, cross-sells, volume changes, downgrades, and product churn happening continuously. The integration layer that connects these systems is functional but manual-heavy, underdocumented, and not built to scale. Furthermore, our CRM and CPQ system requires customization in order to optimize deal workflows to ensure accuracy and timely contract execution. This is not a Salesforce admin role with a developer title. We need someone who writes clean Apex, understands how CPQ order data needs to land in an ERP, knows what good middleware design looks like, and treats release management as a professional discipline — not an afterthought. Alongside our RevOps system team and Salesforce Architect, you'll work closely with our Finance and Sales teams. You will be one of the internal technical voice that evaluates and challenges what those partners propose — knowing when to push back when something is wrong. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. ** What you can expect as a Senior Salesforce & Integration Engineer: Salesforce / CPQ Own the technical customization and development of Salesforce — LWCs, Apex classes/triggers etc along with flows Manage the scaling of custom objects that drive pre/post sales teams in meeting customer needs and internal workflow management Write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and flows that support Salesforce and CPQ business logic — with test classes that hit 90%+ coverage as a floor, not a ceiling Integration Architecture & Development Partner with third-party implementation firms on the integration build and growth connecting Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite — be the internal technical reviewer, not just the observer Own the internal integration layer as it matures: field
