Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing, globally distributed events team. Establish clear priorities, operating rhythms, accountability, and consistent standards of excellence across regions and time zones Build with AI. Bring an AI-native approach to how the function operates. Use AI tools and agents to improve workflows, automate reporting, increase team capacity, and personalize attendee journeys. Set the expectation that the team will do the same. This is a core requirement of the role Represent Strategic Events across the business. Partner with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Partner, and Communications. Represent the function in senior planning forums and ensure every program directly supports MongoDB’s company and go-to-market priorities. Expect to travel ~40% of the time to support events Shape the global strategic events vision and portfolio.
