About the Role As our Global Benefits Manager, you'll own how Mixpanel designs, delivers, and governs benefits programs across every country we operate in. You'll work independently on ambiguous, cross-functional problems, like a new country launch, a plan redesign, or an M&A integration, and turn them into clear, workable plans. People across HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams will look to you as the person who understands both the details and the bigger picture of how benefits decisions affect our people and our business.
