Senior Manager Product Operations in New York

Today, everyone from PMs to Sales to SREs uses AI to query their business data - but every answer is a one-off with no governance, no consistency, and no visibility for data teams. We're building the system that fixes this: a context layer that learns from existing data tools driving high quality and consistent answers, an AI-powered query experience, full governance for data teams, and rich analysis surfaces to present and share the results. You'd be building a zero to one product of what we believe will become a major new product line for Datadog. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What you'll do Drive the product vision and roadmap spanning the Data agent experience, the semantic/context layer, governance console, chat experience and analysis surfaces (dashboards, notebooks, sheets) Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and other PMs Deeply understand the needs of two key personas: data teams (who govern and curate) and data consumers (PMs, engineers, SREs, executives who ask questions) Design the context and governance layer that makes AI-powered analytics trustworthy - including auto-generation from existing BI tools, eval frameworks, confidence scoring, and self-improvement loops Define how observability data and business data come together to serve unique use cases Engage directly with early customers and internal dogfooding users to iterate on accuracy, usability, and trust Independently research the competitive landscape across legacy BI vendors, warehouse-native analytics, AI-first startups, and AI labs Work on the product pricing Work with GTM teams to define positioning, packaging, and the path to displacing entrenched tools Who you are 5+ years of experience

Datadog's integrations are the connective tissue between our platform and the technologies our customers run in the real world. As a Sr. PM on the Agent Integrations team, you will own the vision, prioritization, and execution for 100+ integrations that run directly inside the Datadog Agent from foundational infrastructure (MySQL, Kafka, Kubernetes) to the rapidly growing landscape of self-hosted AI and on-premise enterprise technologies. This is a high-impact, breadth-first role at the intersection of infrastructure observability and the frontier of AI-native workloads. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture; the relationships it builds, the creativity it brings, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Own the Agent Integrations roadmap. Determine which new integrations to build and which existing ones to improve, balancing customer demand, business impact, and engineering capacity across a catalog of 100+ technologies. Drive the expanding AI integration surface. Lead product strategy for self-hosted AI workloads, including LLM inference frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face TGI, BentoML), AI agents, MCP servers, and model orchestration tools, so Datadog customers can monitor every layer of their AI stack. Expand on-prem and hybrid coverage. Prioritize and execute new integrations for on-prem technologies including storage systems, HPC schedulers, network devices, and legacy enterprise platforms where customers run critical workloads. Build observability for ERP systems. Define and drive Datadog's strategy for monitoring enterprise ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics) covering performance, job execution health, and integration layer telemetry so enterprise customers can observe their ERP stack alongside the rest of their infrastructure. Analyze adoption and customer feedback at scale. Use data from multiple sources to

Today, organizations struggle to ensure their most important digital experiences are working as intended because observability data is scattered across products and siloed in logical layers of their technical stack. We're building the system that fixes this: Journey Monitoring, a single centralized hub that brings together Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetics, and Product Analytics to bridge the gap between system health and user success. You'd be building a product that establishes a new functional observability layer, enabling teams to auto-discover journeys, track conversions and uptime side-by-side, and trace root causes across their full stack without cross-team handoffs. What you'll do: Drive the product vision and roadmap spanning the Journey Monitoring hub, including the journey map, details reports, automatically inferred journeys, and cross-product data federation. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and other PMs across the Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) products. Deeply understand the needs of distinct key personas: SREs and engineers (who monitor uptime and troubleshoot technical performance), product managers (who track conversion and investigate behavioral drop-offs), and business leaders (who care about outcomes and revenue impact). Design the functional observability layer that makes end-to-end flow monitoring intuitive — including the auto-discovery of user journeys from real traffic, Experience Level Objectives (XLOs), and seamless Bits AI integrations for automated root-cause investigations. Define how behavioral data and technical data come together to automatically surface whether a drop in conversion is caused by a technical failure (like a breached SLO) or a behavioral friction point. Engage directly with early customers and internal dogfooding users to iterate on usability, refine the journey map, and optimize the cross-sell and up-sell paths for

As the Senior Product Manager for Network Path, you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and execution for how our customers visualize, monitor, and troubleshoot network traffic across complex hybrid and cloud environments. You’ll work closely with a diverse set of Network, DevOps, and SRE teams to understand how they manage their infrastructure, what challenges they face regarding network visibility and routing, and how our product can help them better observe, isolate, and remediate latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues across the public internet, cloud providers, and private data centers. In addition, you’ll work with product teams across the organization to identify opportunities to create integrated experiences—bridging the gap between infrastructure monitoring, application performance, and network health—and you’ll partner with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption across thousands of customers. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Define the strategy and pioneer new ways to visualize end-to-end network paths. You will determine how we capture, analyze, and map complex routing data to give customers a true hop-by-hop view of their network traffic. Own the core Network Path roadmap, ensuring deep coverage for cloud-native networking (e.g., AWS VPCs, Transit Gateways), SD-WAN, and traditional on-premise routing topologies. Explore ways to combine flow and metrics to provide a holistic view of network health and pinpoint the problem. Partner with Product Marketing to articulate the business value of network path monitoring, showing customers how improved visibility directly correlates to reduced MTTR and optimized cloud egress costs. Identify opportunities to build intelligent alerting and root-cause analysis c

About the Role We're looking for a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect to help build and scale AI-powered tools across DoorDash's Marketing teams. You'll work alongside our existing Marketing Technology AI Solutions Architects to identify opportunities where AI can solve real marketing problems, then build, test, and iterate on the solutions that make it happen. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical and strategic skills at the intersection of marketing and AI. We are a global team of innovators and pioneers dedicated to shaping the future of observability. At New Relic, we build an intelligent platform that empowers companies to thrive in an AI-first world by giving them unparalleled insight into their complex systems. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're looking for passionate people to join our mission. If you're ready to help the world's best companies optimize their digital applications, we invite you to explore a career with us! Your opportunity New Relic is looking for a technically fluent Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for Logs, one of the most strategic parts of our observability. In this role you will define how the market understands New Relic Logs, from positioning and messaging through launches, enablement, and competitive differentiation and you will be the person marketing, Product, and the field turn to when the conversation turns to log management, log analytics, and telemetry cost. This is a role for a product marketer who is equally comfortable going deep with engineers on ingest pipelines, parsing rules, OpenTelemetry, and query performance as standing in front of a customer or a sales kickoff audience explaining why it matters. Logs are where observability meets cost, scale, and AI, and the buyer is increasingly forced to choose between keeping all their data and keeping their budget. If you want to own that narrative in a fast-moving category and see your messaging show up directly in pipeline and adoption, we want to hear from you. What you'll do Responsible for Logs positioning and messaging: define and maintain the core positioning, messaging, and narrative for New Relic Logs across buyer personas and ensure it is applied consistently across web, campaigns, sales conversations, and analyst interactions. Lead Logs launches: Own end-to-end Logs launches, including tiering, messaging, content, enablement, and launch metrics, partnering with Product Management

The way products get built is changing. Agents write a growing share of shipped interfaces, designers work in code, and a design system's output is bigger than a component library. At Datadog we're redefining ours for that world, and evolving how the product looks and feels at the same time. DRUIDS is the design system behind every Datadog surface, used daily by more than a hundred designers and thousands of engineers across thirty-plus products. You'll lead the team that owns it: designers and design engineers who set the system's direction, hold the quality bar for what ships, and build the tools that make designing in code the default way to work. The team partners closely with product designers, frontend engineers and PMs across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role in a technical, engineering-forward company. You'll be expected to have a point of view and defend it, to be the person the design org asks about quality, and to make the call when work isn't good enough yet. Much of what a design system should be right now hasn't been settled — here or anywhere else. If you're a designer who never stopped making things, and you'd rather decide what a system should be than maintain one that already exists, this is the role. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Lead the team and set its direction Decide what DRUIDS owns, what it ships, and what stays with product teams. Own where the system goes next. Have a view on what a design system should be, and argue for it. Turn direction into a roadmap, and work with partners on what gets built and when. Coach the designers and design engineers on your team, be clear about what each person owns, and hire as the team grows. Own craft and quality Own the craft and quality of components, patterns,

Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team This role is open to remote candidates located anywhere within the Eastern Time Zone. The Cash Platform team is part of Stripe's Money Movement Services Platform. We manage Stripe's FX and cash positions across the globe, owning two of the most commercially critical problems in our business: delivering the best possible FX trades for our users, and optimizing the cost and routing of cross-border payouts across countries. Stripe recently launched its own in-house bank, enabling near-instant movement of funds across accounts worldwide—and Cash Platform is at the center of bringing that infrastructure to Stripe's products and, increasingly, to our customers. What you'll do You'll work closely with engineering teams across Cash Platform and Money Movement Services, cross-functional partners spanning Legal, Treasury, Financial Crimes, and Sales, and senior stakeholders inside and outside Stripe. You'll define the strategy and roadmap for Stripe's FX and cross-border payout products, drive cost optimization and routing decisions at scale, and help shape the path toward monetizing Stripe's in-house banking infrastructure for users globally. Responsibilities You are expected to: Deeply understand the competitive landscape and define clear benchmarks for where Stripe's FX and cross-border payout products need to be Own the product strategy and roadmap for Cash Platform, balancing near-term cost and performance optimization with longer-term platform m

Business Systems drives efficiency across Datadog through business process analysis, systems automation and integrations, AI agent and MCP development, and vendor/software review. The team is increasingly embedded in cross-functional initiatives across People, Finance, GTM , Legal, Recruiting, and Technical Solutions — translating ambiguous business problems into scoped, buildable solutions and owning delivery end-to-end. This is not a generalist BSA role. Each Senior BSA will own a cluster of business functions end-to-end, acting as an internal product manager for their domain rather than processing inbound requests reactively. There are two openings, each covering a different domain: People, Recruiting, Legal or Finance, GTM, Procurement As the role evolves alongside AI, Senior BSAs leverage agentic tools for data aggregation and context gathering while remaining the critical human-in-the-loop layer — owning business context and product outlook, validating use cases, managing stakeholder relationships, and making the judgment calls agents can't. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Discovery and scoping: Translate ambiguous asks from business stakeholders into well-defined requirements that Business Systems Engineers can build against. Many stakeholders don't know what they want or the cross-functional impact of what they're asking for — you surface both before engineering begins. Cross-functional visibility: Identify dependencies, downstream impacts, and integration considerations that requesting teams miss. Proactive opportunity identification: Develop deep domain knowledge to identify automation and AI opportunities before they become inbound requests, shifting the team from reactive in
