The way products get built is changing. Agents write a growing share of shipped interfaces, designers work in code, and a design system's output is bigger than a component library. At Datadog we're redefining ours for that world, and evolving how the product looks and feels at the same time. DRUIDS is the design system behind every Datadog surface, used daily by more than a hundred designers and thousands of engineers across thirty-plus products. You'll lead the team that owns it: designers and design engineers who set the system's direction, hold the quality bar for what ships, and build the tools that make designing in code the default way to work. The team partners closely with product designers, frontend engineers and PMs across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role in a technical, engineering-forward company. You'll be expected to have a point of view and defend it, to be the person the design org asks about quality, and to make the call when work isn't good enough yet. Much of what a design system should be right now hasn't been settled — here or anywhere else. If you're a designer who never stopped making things, and you'd rather decide what a system should be than maintain one that already exists, this is the role. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Lead the team and set its direction Decide what DRUIDS owns, what it ships, and what stays with product teams. Own where the system goes next. Have a view on what a design system should be, and argue for it. Turn direction into a roadmap, and work with partners on what gets built and when. Coach the designers and design engineers on your team, be clear about what each person owns, and hire as the team grows. Own craft and quality Own the craft and quality of components, patterns,

We're building a small, high-leverage Design Lab team to define that evolution, and we're looking for a Senior Staff Visual Designer to author it. Our design system powers everything we ship. Synthesize product context, research, references, and stakeholder input into clear visual principles and a coherent point of view. Establish the quality bar for typography, color, composition, iconography, imagery, motion, and visual expression across the platform. Create high-fidelity product exemplars and prototypes that make an emerging direction tangible. Partner deeply with Brand, Product Design, Motion, and Design Systems to test and refine the direction across different surfaces. Influence executives and senior stakeholders through clear, persuasive visual storytelling. Guide and critique the work of other designers, helping the visual direction remain coherent as it evolves. Help shape how visual exploration, critique, and craft are integrated into Datadog’s design process. Business Systems drives efficiency across Datadog through business process analysis, systems automation and integrations, AI agent and MCP development, and vendor/software review. The team is increasingly embedded in cross-functional initiatives across People, Finance, GTM , Legal, Recruiting, and Technical Solutions — translating ambiguous business problems into scoped, buildable solutions and owning delivery end-to-end. This is not a generalist BSA role. Each Senior BSA will own a cluster of business functions end-to-end, acting as an internal product manager for their domain rather than processing inbound requests reactively. There are two openings, each covering a different domain: People, Recruiting, Legal or Finance, GTM, Procurement As the role evolves alongside AI, Senior BSAs leverage agentic tools for data aggregation and context gathering while remaining the critical human-in-the-loop layer — owning business context and product outlook, validating use cases, managing stakeholder relationships, and making the judgment calls agents can't. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. VTS runs a complex, high-volume revenue motion — Salesforce CPQ feeding NetSuite via middleware, with mid-contract amendments involving upsells, cross-sells, volume changes, downgrades, and product churn happening continuously. The integration layer that connects these systems is functional but manual-heavy, underdocumented, and not built to scale. Furthermore, our CRM and CPQ system requires customization in order to optimize deal workflows to ensure accuracy and timely contract execution. This is not a Salesforce admin role with a developer title. We need someone who writes clean Apex, understands how CPQ order data needs to land in an ERP, knows what good middleware design looks like, and treats release management as a professional discipline — not an afterthought. Alongside our RevOps system team and Salesforce Architect, you'll work closely with our Finance and Sales teams. You will be one of the internal technical voice that evaluates and challenges what those partners propose — knowing when to push back when something is wrong. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. ** What you can expect as a Senior Salesforce & Integration Engineer: Salesforce / CPQ Own the technical customization and development of Salesforce — LWCs, Apex classes/triggers etc along with flows Manage the scaling of custom objects that drive pre/post sales teams in meeting customer needs and internal workflow management Write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and flows that support Salesforce and CPQ business logic — with test classes that hit 90%+ coverage as a floor, not a ceiling Integration Architecture & Development Partner with third-party implementation firms on the integration build and growth connecting Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite — be the internal technical reviewer, not just the observer Own the internal integration layer as it matures: field
