You’ll build and lead the team responsible for helping customers understand what our models can do, how they’re evolving, and how to deploy them responsibly. In this role, you will: Define the product marketing strategy for OpenAI’s models, research advances, and API portfolio. Embed with Research, Product, and Engineering to understand model capabilities, evaluations, limitations, and technical tradeoffs. Shape how OpenAI explains advances in AI to developers, business leaders, and the broader market. Lead positioning, launches, demonstrations, and adoption strategies across frontier, specialized, and multimodal models. Help customers navigate model selection, API access, privacy, security, and responsible deployment. Bring customer and market insights into research and product decisions.
