This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to actively shape how Engineering, one of the most important parts of how Datadog develops its people. You'll sit at the center of Datadog's biggest talent bets for Engineering: how we build leaders, define career paths and org design, evolve performance, move talent internally, and plan succession for our most critical roles. You’ll own this work end to end, from the first framing conversation with senior leaders through to delivering a program running at scale. AI is changing how Engineering builds software, and it is changing how People builds the programs that support Engineering too. This role sits at the centre of both: understanding how AI is reshaping engineering roles, skills and structures, and building AI-powered solutions within People to keep pace. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Design and lead complex talent programmes for Engineering, spanning leadership capability, career architecture, org design, performance, internal mobility and succession for critical roles. Partner directly with PBPs and senior leaders to turn ambiguous problems into clear programme goals, design principles and success measures. Help Engineering and People understand and respond to how AI is reshaping roles, skills and ways of working, and translate that shift into practical talent and org design choices. Stay hands-on from concept through to adoption: this is a build and run role, not a strategy and handover role. Work across Enablement, Learning, People Analytics and People Systems so what you build scales and embeds into core people processes. Equip PBPs with frameworks, tools and executive-ready narratives that support real adoption in the business. Operate in ambigu

Our GTM Enablement team plays a critical role in helping Datadog’s Sales and Customer Success teams succeed by equipping them with the right skills, knowledge, and tools at the right time. We partner closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Strategy & Operations and more to ensure enablement programs translate into real performance in the field. The Program Management team within Sales Enablement is a group of interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in engineering, education, management consulting, business operations (and more!) to define, manage and measure Datadog’s global go to market motion. We solve complex, systemic challenges that impact go-to-market effectiveness by diagnosing root causes, whether behavioral, skills-based, or structural, and shaping the strategic solutions that resolve them. We partner closely with our Sales Enablement stakeholders across Curriculum, Field Enablement, Operations, and more to deliver on measurable results and operate as one unified enablement team. As a Senior Program Manager on the Sales Enablement Program Management team, you will design, plan, and execute complex, global, cross-functional programs that change how our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams operate at a systems level. You will own the end-to-end enablement process for the programs and stakeholder relationships you’re responsible for: diagnosing the gap, gathering field evidence, building a multi-faceted strategy (not just a content solution), partnering across teams to deliver the experience, and reporting business impact to Sales and Customer Success leadership. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves quickly, thinks strategically and creatively, and is equally comfortable analyzing hard data and reading what’s happening on the ground. You’ll drive adoption at scale with limited guidance, influence senior stakeholders without positional authority, and help shape how the Program Management function o

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our People Team, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. In this role, you will drive large-scale, high-impact, and cross-functional programs that shape and evolve our People products and infrastructure. You will operate at both a strategic and executional level, partnering across the People Team, and with business and functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, and business leadership to deliver transformative initiatives that support Datadog’s growth. This is a highly visible role requiring strong program management, systems thinking, and the ability to connect initiatives across the organization while improving operational effectiveness and employee experience. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional People programs, from ideation through execution and iteration Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to define program goals, success metrics, and roadmaps Deliver People products through scalable processes and frameworks that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across initiatives, proactively driving alignment and decision-making Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams Establish program governance, reporting, and operating rhythms to track progress and outcomes Synthesize insights across multiple workstreams to inform executive-level updates and recommendations Continuously improve program management practices within the People Team Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a related field, preferably

Here at Datadog, we think about offensive security a little bit differently. We embrace automation and AI to run adversary simulations continuously across a massive cloud-native environment, and we expect our offensive engineers to build the tooling that makes that possible. We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer who can execute sophisticated red team operations, write the code that scales them, and take an AI-first approach to offensive security engineering. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Plan and execute red team engagements end-to-end, simulating real-world threat actors across cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and corporate environments Build and maintain custom offensive tooling, automation frameworks, and engagement infrastructure, treating offensive operations as a software engineering problem Develop custom payloads and evasion capabilities tailored to Datadog's environment and modern defensive controls (EDR, SIEM, network monitoring) Improve the efficiency of offensive operations through thoughtful use of automation and AI, accelerating reconnaissance, vulnerability analysis, and reporting workflows Partner with the Detection & Response team on purple team exercises to validate detection logic, improve alert fidelity, and influence threat models Translate offensive findings into concrete improvements by working directly with defensive security and engineering teams to close gaps Who You Are: You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in offensive security (red teaming, penetration testing, or adversary simulation) with a track record of operating against mature, well-defended environments You write production-quality code (Python, Go, or similar), can build your own tools, and automate your w

Datadog is entering a new chapter in how our product looks, feels and operates. We're building a small, high-leverage Design Lab team to define that evolution, and we're looking for a Senior Staff Visual Designer to author it. Our design system powers everything we ship. Now we're ready to evolve it. As Datadog expands into AI-driven experiences and more complex product surfaces, the visual language needs to grow with it. This is the role that decides what that language is — someone with taste, judgment, and the confidence to set a direction and defend it. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Define and evolve Datadog’s visual language across product surfaces. Lead exploratory and concept work, creating a range of distinct visual directions for the next generation of the product. Synthesize product context, research, references, and stakeholder input into clear visual principles and a coherent point of view. Establish the quality bar for typography, color, composition, iconography, imagery, motion, and visual expression across the platform. Create high-fidelity product exemplars and prototypes that make an emerging direction tangible. Partner deeply with Brand, Product Design, Motion, and Design Systems to test and refine the direction across different surfaces. Influence executives and senior stakeholders through clear, persuasive visual storytelling. Guide and critique the work of other designers, helping the visual direction remain coherent as it evolves. Help shape how visual exploration, critique, and craft are integrated into Datadog’s design process. You will report directly to the Design Director and work as part of a small, focused team defining the future state before it scales across hundreds of designers and engineers. Who Yo
