Learn more about OpenAI’s approach to safety About the Role As an Analytics Engineer in Safety Systems, you will play a pivotal role in building a data-centric culture, enhancing decision-making processes, and driving strategic initiatives through analytics. You will partner closely with Engineering, Research, and Data Science to develop and maintain canonical data sources and source-of-truth dashboards that enable both people and AI agents across the organization to derive trustworthy, actionable insights.
