Conduct client training sessions and drive product adoption. Track onboarding KPIs, client satisfaction, and implementation success. Gather client feedback and support continuous product improvements. Ideal Candidate 2–5 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering. Experience in SaaS, Fintech, Enterprise Technology, or AI products preferred. Good understanding of APIs, integrations, CRM systems, and enterprise workflows.
