WHAT YOU’LL DO: Own the CIAM product roadmap and strategy spanning consumer (policyholder), partner (distributor/agent), and workforce identity across Zinnia’s platform. Lead the product direction for core identity capabilities — authentication (SSO, MFA, passwordless, adaptive/risk-based), authorization (RBAC/ABAC, fine-grained and delegated access), and the full user lifecycle (registration, provisioning/SCIM, recovery, deprovisioning).
