India Salary Market Reports
Quarterly views of salary movement built from Jobiba’s own evidence-gated market snapshots. Reports are published only after enough monthly index and role-level comparisons exist—not because the calendar changed.
Current quarter
Q4 2026
Report is still building evidence
Jobiba needs at least two reliable index months and several role-level before/after cohorts. Until then, the quarter stays out of the report sitemap.
Method before marketing
A report can say “not enough evidence.”
That is a feature. Jobiba does not manufacture a quarterly trend from one noisy month or a handful of unrelated salaries. The national index, role movers and current demand are kept as separate signals.

Evidence-qualified quarterly reports
The archive starts when the evidence does
Historical salary snapshots exist, but Jobiba only creates a public quarter when the JBI-1 and role-mover publication gates pass.

What these reports measure
Jobiba reports summarize salary-bearing job-market evidence in Jobiba’s inventory. They do not represent every worker, every employer or an official government wage series. Role medians are based on comparable annualized salary observations; currencies are never silently mixed. Current live-job demand shown inside reports is clearly labelled as current context rather than reconstructed historical hiring volume.
