-English follows- 職務概要（Job Role） Soho Houseのコミシェフとして、基本的な調理業務や仕込みを担当しながら、キッチン業務の基礎を習得していただきます。 食材の下準備、簡単な調理、衛生管理、在庫管理などを行い、厳格な食品衛生基準およびレシピに従いながら、キッチンオペレーションへの理解を深めていくポジションです。 未経験の方でも、食やホスピタリティに興味があり、学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎します。 主な業務内容（Main Duties） 食材の下準備（野菜や果物の洗浄・皮むき・カット、肉の下味付け、ソースやサラダの準備） 担当セクションのシェフ（Chef de Partie）の指示のもと、調理および仕込み業務をサポートする 作業台や調理器具（ナイフ、ボウル等）を常に清潔に保ち、衛生管理および食品安全基準を遵守する 食材の納品受け取りおよび品質確認、在庫管理、FIFO（先入れ先出し）の実施、期限切れ食材の廃棄 トレーニングに参加し、新しい技術やスキルを積極的に学ぶ（Cook House活動への参加を含む） 指示に基づき、料理の一部など簡単な調理業務を行う 食材を計量・整理し、サービスに向けて準備を整える 応募資格（Experience Required） 未経験の方も歓迎します。 これまでの経験よりも、学ぶ姿勢やチームで働く意欲を重視しています。 食・料理・ホスピタリティへの興味と情熱 思いやりのあるコミュニケーション能力 整理整頓ができ、責任感のある方 チームワークを大切にできる方 フィードバックを前向きに受け入れ、成長につなげられる方 スピード感のある環境で柔軟に対応できる方 ※基本的な食品衛生に関する知識や資格をお持ちの方は歓迎します 身体的要件（Physical Requirements） 手で物を掴む・持つ・操作する作業ができる方 8時間以上の立ち仕事が可能な方 必要に応じて、膝をつく・かがむ・しゃがむ・登るなどの動作ができる方 Job Role At Soho House, a Commis Chef is responsibl
