-English follows- 職務概要（Job Role） Soho Houseのランナーとして、メンバーの皆様に常に素晴らしい体験を提供することがあなたの役割です。 自然なホスピタリティと魅力を活かしながら、人とつながり、成長し、楽しみ、そして価値を生み出せる環境をご提供します。 主な役割は、ウェイティングスタッフをサポートし、メンバーにより良い体験を提供することです。 キッチンから料理、またはバーからドリンクをテーブルへ迅速に提供し、キッチン／バーとフロアをつなぐ役割を担います。 また、サービスに向けたテーブルセッティングの準備も担当します。 主な業務内容（Main Duties） キッチンやバーから料理・ドリンクを迅速に各テーブルへ提供する 常に清潔で整った作業環境を維持する 担当セクションにおけるサービス提供と管理を行う メンバーとの関係性を築き、パーソナライズされたサービスを提供する カトラリーを磨き、常に使用可能な状態に整える レモンラップ、コンディメント、バターなど、テーブル備品の事前準備を行う オープンおよびクローズ業務（ステーションの準備・片付けを含む）をサポートする フロントおよびバックオブハウスのミーティングに参加し、メニュー変更やスペシャル、テイスティング内容を把握する メンバー退店後、テーブルを整え、次のお客様を迎える準備を行う 常に高いホスピタリティとプロフェッショナリズムを持ってメンバー対応を行い、必要に応じてフロアマネージャーへエスカレーションする 安全・セキュリティ・満足度・ウェルビーイングに関する事項に適切に対応する VIPおよびPWKのお客様に対して適切な対応を行い、プライバシーと機密性を厳守する 必要に応じてチームを柔軟にサポートする 応募資格・求める経験（Experience Required） Soho Houseのランナーとして活躍するためには、忙しいハイレベルな環境での業務経験がある方、またはそれに準ずる意欲と、一流のサービスを提供するための素質が求められます。 また、チームの一員として、信頼性が高く、フレンドリーで
