Our growth has created an opening for an experienced Power Systems Senior Account Executive to help expand our footprint across the Southeast and emerging territories. ⚡ WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead full-cycle sales: site visits, scoping, technical assessments, proposals, negotiation, close Develop long-term relationships with mission-critical clients (healthcare, industrial, federal, municipal, data center) Collaborate with engineering, inside sales, contracting, and field service teams to deliver accurate solutions Build and maintain your own book of business with full support behind you ⚡ WHO YOU ARE 5+ years experience in UPS systems, electrical power, generators, batteries, critical infrastructure, or related industrial sectors Strong understanding of electrical concepts: UPS topology, battery systems, bypass configurations, kVA sizing, power distribution, and system replacements. The Associate Project Manager will serve as the right hand to our Sales team, ensuring that projects, client requests, and internal processes run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Assist Sales Managers with day-to-day project coordination, administrative tasks, and client communication. Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met. Prepare and update project documentation, presentations, and sales materials. Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support project execution. Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting risks and opportunities. Support proposal development, quotes, and contract preparation as needed. Manage data entry and updates in CRM systems to ensure accuracy. Provide follow-up on client requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing agendas. OVERVIEW The position of Install Helper for Construction Resources will be responsible for the proper installation of various types of glass and mirrors. Requires ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors and enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories and door hardware. Requires excellent customer service and good communication skills. Willingness to work in a team environment with Crew Leader is necessary. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Loads and logs materials onto truck and documents returned materials Able to read and erect shelving template as per job specifications Drill and install all hardware accurately as per job specifications Attach all necessary hardware correctly as per job specifications Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units and install mirrors Completes other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School education or equivalency required Experience in the construction/ Carpentry industry is required Prior glass work experience preferred Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments Compensation/Salary: This is a W-2 employee position (not 1099) and is paid on an hourly basis.
