Role overview
Job description
Wing Assistant places contractors across 25+ role types — GVAs, EAs, SDRs, CSRs, and more — for clients across the Philippines, LATAM, and global markets. Internal coordination runs through Discord as the single source of truth: pre-demo requests, mid-call heads-up, post-demo handoffs, and ongoing status all live in one place, so nothing gets lost between people.
This isn't a role for someone who wants a well-worn script.
The accelerated process rewards judgment — reading a client in real time, reading a candidate's fit on the fly, and knowing when to move before the moment closes.
The Account Placement Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end client engagement process at Wing Assistant.
You'll Own Understand potential customer input through intake forms and quickly leverage on organization-wide ATS systems to find candidates that match the skillset- interview candida
