An associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience Up to two years of experience in accounts payable, expense reporting, or a similar accounting support role (internship or coursework experience welcome) A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to getting it right the first time, every time Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and keep pace in a fast-moving environment without losing accuracy A proactive, can-do attitude — you ask questions, take initiative, and follow through on every task Clear and professional communication with vendors, employees, and teammates across the organization Comfort with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel); familiarity with accounting, expense-reporting, or AP software is a plusAn associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field Above and Beyond
