We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities while supporting broader accounting and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance efforts, and ensuring timely processing of payments and collections in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal accounting standards Process invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments in a timely and accurate manner Research, reconcile, and resolve AP/AR discrepancies and variances Prepare and send customer invoices, statements, and payment reminders; follow up on outstanding balances as needed Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and reco
