Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Billing and AR Specialist to handle claims management, accounts receivable, and denial resolution. The ideal candidate will manage the entire billing cycle, from claim submission to payment collection, while ensuring timely resolution of claim denials to maximize reimbursement. Key Responsibilities: Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims to ensure prompt reimbursement. Manage accounts receivable by posting payments, reconciling discrepancies, and generating AR reports. Review and resolve denied claims by researching payer guidelines, correcting coding errors, and resubmitting claims. Collaborate with insurance companies and patients to resolve payment issues.
