Job description
SUMMARY CSOs protect industrial or commercial property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing the following duties. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Contract Security Officers are subject to supervision from Contract Security Supervisors (CSSs). COMPETENCY To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies (minimum of 5): Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems promptly; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem-solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
