Job description Job Title Name: Accounts Receivable Lead Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: ● Ensure accurate and timely generation and submission of invoices and effective collections from debtors. ● Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other discrepancies. ● Develop and implement robust collection strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). ● Prepare and maintain AR reports, including ageing analysis and cash flow forecasts. ● Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. ● Address and resolve escalated customer disputes, deductions, and queries in a professional manner. ● Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to align billing and collection procedures. ● Support internal and external audits concerning accounts receivable activities. ● Continu
