Qualification

Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a background in buying, merchandising (planning), or stock management roles, ideally within the Australian and/or New Zealand market. Practical working knowledge of product set-up, order management, critical path and delivery scheduling, promotion and markdown planning, WSSI process, and allocation and replenishment. Demonstrated ability to review and interpret historical data and financial trends to support forecasting and trading decisions. Experience collaborating with suppliers and warehouse teams to maintain delivery schedules and manage intake against targets. Willingness to travel to major sporting venues and events across ANZ, and to work flexibly around major sporting calendars including finals series, test matches, and franchise home games. Right to work in Australia and/or New Zealand required. WORK LOCATION Hybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Melbourne Australia, subject to the Company's current hybrid work policy.
