Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field preferred. 3–6 years of experience in education programs, field implementation, or team management roles. Prior experience in managing field teams or Fellows/teachers is highly preferred. Strong working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Experience working with government schools, EdTech programs, or large-scale social impact initiatives is an advantage.
