Guidepoint is seeking qualified candidates for a role as Business Development Associate on the US Corporate Growth team. This person will report directly to the SVP, Corporate Client Growth as they secure new relationships with our target client base. This is a hybrid position out of our New York City office. What You’ll Do: Develop a working knowledge of industry coverage and the competitive landscape. Partner with management to identify top-tier new business opportunities based on strategic business development criteria and targets. Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and lead introductory/exploratory calls with prospects Meet designated sales targets using a strategic and thoughtful process designed to partner with clients and add value to their process Onboard new users effectively Work closely with the client service team to collect feedback on open and closed projects What You Have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management Excellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time Excellent written and verbal communication skills AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully an

The Business Development team is looking for a Sales Development Representative/Business Development Intern to further develop our business with corporations, financial institutions, and consulting firms within the region . The Associate will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects across a variety of industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who wants to learn more about financial services, consulting, or other industries and make a significant contribution to our business model. Since then, we’ve launched Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail, and DashMarts while also building merchant services, dasher tooling and consumer products.
