Business Development Executive

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and target-driven professional to identify new business opportunities, explore potential locations, build stakeholder relationships, and support business expansion through on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities Identify potential locations and new business opportunities for expansion. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and location feasibility assessments. Build relationships with landlords, brokers, property owners, and vendors. Generate leads and drive business development through field visits and networking. Evaluate locations based on commercial viability and business potential. Explore strategic partnerships and revenue-generation opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to drive expansion initiatives. Maintain lead pipelines and share regular market updates and progress reports. Desired Candidate Profile 1– 3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Market Research. Experience in QSR, F&B, Retail, Real Estate, or Hospitality preferred. Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively for field visits. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proficient in MS Excel.
