Cell Therapy Account Manager -Southeast

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree required, advance degree preferred Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within the hematology-oncology market Experience supporting blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred Proven success selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems Demonstrated experience navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making environments involving physicians, laboratory leadership, administrators, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders Proven ability to establish and implement clinical, operational, laboratory, or workflow protocols within healthcare organizations Experience supporting healthcare contracting processes; experience with Laboratory Service Agreements (LSAs) or related agreements preferred Strong strategic account management and territory planning skills Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive customer adoption and implementation success Must be willing to travel 50- 75% or greater and ef
